I had previously stayed there and given positive reviews; the facilities and service were generally good, typical of Hampton hotels. However, this time, I left the room door open and returned the room key to the front desk to confirm my check-out. That evening, I checked my app and bank records and found that my stay had been extended, meaning I had been charged an extra night. When I called the front desk, their attitude was lukewarm. They mentioned there were clothes left in the room for personal use, but those were just packed trash and unwanted old clothes, neatly packed and placed on the floor. The main issue was that after confirming my check-out, they extended my stay without any further confirmation via phone or email. Fortunately, I contacted them via email and phone, and with the help of Ctrip customer service, the manager eventually refunded me. However, this inexplicable, silent billing experience was still very unpleasant.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel also has breakfast, but I got tired of eating the same things every day. Free hot water and coffee were always available, which was a good thing. There is a Walmart nearby for shopping.
