This was not a good experience. Waited about 15 minutes+ to be told there was a fee for early check in by 2 hours. Both here and later, they seemed to prioritize phone calls over actual guests. While I waited, two kids were absolutely screaming and running wild in the lobby, which wouldn't be noteworthy except I think I saw them later with an employee in context that suggests they are related.
When I came back to check in, the cover on the bed was filthy (see photos). I asked for a change and was told I couldn't change rooms because I "used" it by using the bathroom. I asked for the sheets to be changed then, waited an hour, no one came. When I went down again, (because the phone was broken) I was told only the cover needs to be changed because they don't change them. I did all for a full change repeatedly but he just kept explaining they only needed to change the cover. I had to leave though, and was just exhausted with dealing with the front desk at this point. The cover was changed when I got back, thankfully, but I'm still not sure about the sheets.
All in all, I'm really glad I only stayed here one night.

Our little getaway was great - just what we needed. This hotel was located close to our daily excursions.
The staff could not have been nicer & more accommodating! Thank you very much!!

There were 3 police cars in front when we pulled up. The desk clerk could barely speak English. The carpet on the staircase was grossly dirty. One key wouldn’t work and we gave up after 2 trips to the front desk. The bathroom sink was cracked. The bathtub was so nasty that we showered at the relatives we were visiting. A tattered list of stations was the only “TV guide.” Internet was so slow I gave up using it after 6 “timed out” messages. Chipped up doors, dirty corners and along walls. Lamp shades broken, mismatched lightbulbs, fighting in parking lot...
Most disgusting place we’ve stayed in the past decade!

酒店比較老，酒店的基本設施都有，早餐種類不多，每天都是煎雞蛋，香腸，土豆，土司甜甜圈小蛋糕，可自助現做華夫餅，酸奶咖啡管夠，能吃飽。在這住了10天，挺多人入住的。周邊環境不錯，比較安靜，超大停車場，旁邊就是麥當勞。對於要求不高的商務出差還是不錯的

The room was generally ok. Given the price point I couldn't complain. The property, room and linens were a little worn but everything seemed to be clean. Hot items served for breakfast were so-so. I was only sleeping there overnight and the room was ok for that.

Hassle Free, in and out. perfect stay for a quick rest overnight. And complimentary breakfast! Can't beat it.

1)Trash in parking lot.
2) Broken bathroom door.
3) Asked front desk for one extra pillow. Nope
4) They do supply breakfast - but no coffee. Both large coffee containers empty. Spent 20 minutes eating food, hoping staff would refill the coffee, but no staff visible in dining area, or the front desk.
*They did have hot water and little packets of freeze-dried decaf, I'll pass.
5) "Check Out Procedure" Basket on the front desk with a note attach, instructing guest to check out by leaving their key in basket.
If you're going to have a self check-out, supply a secure drop box to put key cards in. A pile of key cards laying open in a basket, sets up a passing bad actor bystander, that could easily grab a key and go to that room, trash it until 11am checkout, leave and the guest would be totally liable for the damages. Shady and lazy tactics.

No heat and the tv didn’t and the shower made a loud horrible noise and the water didn’t get hot
