The stay was nice n the services suck I ask for toilets tissue about 8pm I did not get it til 9am when I open the door to take trash out then one person tells me I can get late check out n front desk tell u one thing they make u do a meeting on buying vacation packages for 2 hours I end buying a vacation package pretty expensive but will see how that goes other then this place was clean

My stay was very pleasant. I had the two bedroom suite. Love the apartment style. They will definitely try to get you attend their presentation for the time share. Other than that I would definitely stay here again, because the amenities are great!

Fantastic customer service, loved the hotel - accommodating considering we were there for a cheer event! Free hot choc, lots of activities for kids and convenience to areas!

Elevator broke and we were on the 19th floor. Took a while to fix. Cold lobby and cold pool area.

Great location, good price, walking distance to the Ocean & the Shops .. Only negative , Check in time is too late in the day its at 4pm. & there is no early check in option.
When you travel 8=10hrs thru the night , you really want early check in even it it means paying an extra fee.
