Very friendly staff, check-in/out super smooth. The room was comfortable but super noisy : it faces one of the main “interstate?” or Atlanta ring and noise insulation is very poor. One would expect better for such hotel. Location is great… building quality should be better.

This hotel is right off of Peachtree St in Buckhead with everything you need around it. It was very busy, but the staff was always attentive, swift and friendly. The room and bed were comfortable, and the free breakfast was expansive. I brought my dog and there were plenty of areas for walking him.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

We were going to participate in an exhibition. Although it was a bit far from the Convention and Exhibition Center and it took about 50 minutes on the road, the price was very cost-effective. Hotels in the Convention and Exhibition Center were relatively expensive. The subway is also relatively close, the breakfast is pretty good, and there are some restaurants to choose from nearby.

Booked online and stated no feather pillows. Got to room and feather pillows were on bed. Notified front desk who exchanged but woke up next am w allergic reaction bc residue on sheets. Breakfast was horrible. The host said breakfast will be late bc I just got here. Coffee weak, no “you make” waffles (as I verified on phone before arrival) when I asked the host she stated only offered on weekends. Asked for syrup bc sugar free was out and host said that’s all we have. So had to go get breakfast out so an extra expense. When we checked in coffee area was dirty. The light above bathroom sink had light out. There was a smoke detector sounding all night due to low battery! Hotel overall was tired and dated. Not what is expected w a Marriott hotel.
