I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

After exiting the JR station, turn left and walk straight ahead (passing the bus station, there is a Family Mart opposite). Self check-in, remember to ask the staff for a kettle when checking in, as there is no one in the room; disposable items such as toothbrushes and cups can be obtained from the elevator. However, breakfast is a small sandwich and coffee, which is not full and is not recommended. You can store your luggage in the hotel before check-in (automatic luggage box on the first floor). The MOA Art Museum can be reached directly by bus in front of the hotel, but it is still recommended to go to Atami Station to take the bus, otherwise there may be no seats. The staff is rather cold-faced and unenthusiastic. Another bad thing is that on the way from Atami Station to the hotel, you will pass by a heavenly burial ground, which is a bit unlucky~ Everything else is perfect~

It was difficult that the water flow in the toilet was not good. You can see Hatsushima from the 4th floor. The morning coffee was quite delicious. Atami Station and shopping street are just around the corner, and Seven-Eleven and FamilyMart are also nearby. If you are in a bath larger than the bath in the room, Oedo Onsen is within walking distance. Emo in Showa hotels! It may be a hotel suitable for those who are pleased. It was old, but it was cleaned well.

I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with a pack with breakfast. As on HP, I was able to overlook the city of Atami and Sagami Bay from the room. Generally speaking, it was a good inn in Cospa, but unfortunately, as a hotel, I felt that it was a noisy accommodation with few stars that I couldn't feel the style. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Especially thank Roshan and the front desk team, who provide exceptional service to us.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

I suddenly decided to go to Numazu and made a reservation on the night of the day of my stay. I was confused because the entrance was a little difficult to understand, but the front desk was simple and clean and very beautiful. The room feels like an ordinary hotel, but the bath is amazing! I imagined a unit bath in an ordinary hotel, but the unit bath here is wide without a feeling of oppression, and it is partly wood grain and the design is nice. I thought it was a hotel made by Daiwa House. The price is not high, so I will definitely use it again next time I go to Numazu. The bath was a high score anyway. By the way, there is a corner with a microwave oven and vending machine on the top floor. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night! The station is close, and the parking lot (1 day 1000 yen) is also available, so the convenience is excellent.
