Our first impression was quite enthusiastic: friendly guards and respirators, beautiful finishing, futuristic design, magical elevators carrying the excellence of the exceptional panorama as an inner architecture, And to the city behind huge windows ... And ... Maybe everything. Further delight changed the distress: The rooms are not ready for the reception of guests (with the last of the contestants who participated in the festival) - somewhere in the urns remained debris, in the toilet rooms there were dirty sinks and toilets, towels mainly only for legs, small and large had to be asked; to be asked and clean the room, at least the trash was removed; in one room the window was clapping, in the other was shaken deadly; from one room the keys had to be changed Every day - I think it is worth checking the castle, not to offer the standings from the 17th floor to go to the 1st and back for the new key??? ; it turned out that we didn't put the hoods, so the contract with the organizers of the competition was drawn up. But at the same time, two coats were nicely forgotten in one of the rooms. And without any problems, one more was given to the recipes at the request of one of our girls when she asked for it before visiting the pool. However, a couple of hours later, the other participants of our team refused this service (then we learned that we do not have the right to do so under the contract) and offered us to rent a thing, reporting that it costs 6,000 tog. It is only to clarify that on our question - we buy it? - we were quite arrogantly explained that these are our problems. But I would like to note that the staff of the restaurant ”Aigerim” was overspilled by the arrogance and hammock. It is worth a separate mention. The boiling for tea was quite difficult to produce. Every meal was accompanied by the supply of cold dishes. The waitress, who was throwing a tongue with continuous tickling and disgusting on the face of the plate on the table, said that the spaghetti eats cold. In our outrage, the Hall Administrator said that they were practitioners. Some of them allowed themselves to play catch-up in the hall, which often led to a fight of dishes, one of our students poured out the compote, soup served on a dirty pad in fat-filled cups. I tried to nivel the sharp corners, react calmly and thank you for correcting the situation. But, comrades, it's just DNO!!! They gave up even my nerves. I understand that maybe the hotel administration is nothing, everything is rented. But then you should decide something with your tenants. When we go to the competition, we don't ask you for a gift, we don't leave dirt behind, we don't argue with anyone, we don't hammim, we don't twist stars with increased requests. When it all started, we didn't even have the words to say to anyone except ”Hello!”. Why did we stay without normal food at least? We paid little money for it? We paid everything we announced and not in this list
