The hotel is nice, but the communication cost is too high. The assistant confirmed with me that I booked a high-rise river view room. It turned out that it was not the case at all. My room was given a view of industrial building wasteland The spa is also very strange. When I came in, no one asked me where I lived. I chased after the whole spa to the locker room and asked me if I was a hotel guest. News headlines and the pool is a long walk from the locker room kind of like I have a cold anyway The bar is even more speechless. The Bloody Mary is the worst salty and spicy soup I have ever tasted at St. Regis, like gaspacho. If this soup is called Gorbachev’s life as a cocktail, it is understandable. If Gorbachev comes and tastes it, he will be rejected The hot old tear called the bartender an expert The bartender's comprehension ability is relatively limited, so don't ask too much, almost enough. His cocktail shape can basically make people go back outside Stalingrad. I saw the t34 all over the mountains and plains attacking me. His cocktail tile. It can be called the Soviet nuclear power. It is really a glass of red liquid in a cylindrical round cup, sprinkled with some white powdered cheese I don’t think it’s very pleasant, but it’s very funny. You can come and experience it. I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

Hotel is good. It could be finished on it. If serious, then comments, largely not. Good rooms, very well-equipped staff, delicious breakfasts. Outside, something inexplicably resembles Turkish hotels, but it is subjective. I recommend.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Dear friends! The hotel is good! Really! Our first impression was quite enthusiastic: friendly guards and respirators, beautiful finishing, futuristic design, magical elevators carrying the excellence of the exceptional panorama as an inner architecture, And to the city behind huge windows ... And ... Maybe everything. Further delight changed the distress: The rooms are not ready for the reception of guests (with the last of the contestants who participated in the festival) - somewhere in the urns remained debris, in the toilet rooms there were dirty sinks and toilets, towels mainly only for legs, small and large had to be asked; to be asked and clean the room, at least the trash was removed; in one room the window was clapping, in the other was shaken deadly; from one room the keys had to be changed Every day - I think it is worth checking the castle, not to offer the standings from the 17th floor to go to the 1st and back for the new key??? ; it turned out that we didn't put the hoods, so the contract with the organizers of the competition was drawn up. But at the same time, two coats were nicely forgotten in one of the rooms. And without any problems, one more was given to the recipes at the request of one of our girls when she asked for it before visiting the pool. However, a couple of hours later, the other participants of our team refused this service (then we learned that we do not have the right to do so under the contract) and offered us to rent a thing, reporting that it costs 6,000 tog. It is only to clarify that on our question - we buy it? - we were quite arrogantly explained that these are our problems. But I would like to note that the staff of the restaurant ”Aigerim” was overspilled by the arrogance and hammock. It is worth a separate mention. The boiling for tea was quite difficult to produce. Every meal was accompanied by the supply of cold dishes. The waitress, who was throwing a tongue with continuous tickling and disgusting on the face of the plate on the table, said that the spaghetti eats cold. In our outrage, the Hall Administrator said that they were practitioners. Some of them allowed themselves to play catch-up in the hall, which often led to a fight of dishes, one of our students poured out the compote, soup served on a dirty pad in fat-filled cups. I tried to nivel the sharp corners, react calmly and thank you for correcting the situation. But, comrades, it's just DNO!!! They gave up even my nerves. I understand that maybe the hotel administration is nothing, everything is rented. But then you should decide something with your tenants. When we go to the competition, we don't ask you for a gift, we don't leave dirt behind, we don't argue with anyone, we don't hammim, we don't twist stars with increased requests. When it all started, we didn't even have the words to say to anyone except ”Hello!”. Why did we stay without normal food at least? We paid little money for it? We paid everything we announced and not in this list

Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

The hotel didn't like it at all. We're not going back. Now by items. 1. Every entrance to the room was accompanied by a technique that, by the way, had to always wait for some time. The electronic key access system has long died, apparently. Especially it is angry when the time of the night and very much want to get to the room. 2. When the room was settled, there was no TV, several roasts, again had to meet with the technique.... 3. Cigar bar. Two meetings were held there, the girl service at the bar is amazing. It is almost always no place, wait for order for as long as possible. Make an order/ get an account, you need to go look for it, ask. Amazing service... 4. The restaurant is not bad in general. Ordered in the room. Delicious! Here of course plus, for which were actually and put 2 stars. But even when delivering dinner to the room, the part ordered simply forgot to bring. After the reminder, of course brought.. But as it is in hotel 5⭐️ such service 🤦🏻‍♀️ One word, while the hotel positions itself as 5⭐️ and at such cost of course there must be a completely different level of service. I do not recommend!

Everything is great except the kitchen. The food is served warm and like yesterday, even when ordered in the room. Sometimes breakfast is served in the lobby, i.e. people come and go and go and guests are among all this breakfast. It was created that the kitchen in the hotel is a separate state. No one is listened at all, neither the administration nor the guests of the room are warm and light, everywhere clean and pleasant smell. The service is very good.
