Nice place. For adequate price comfortable accommodation. Renovation is fresh, the room is not killed, you come in and immediately feel that the condition of the room fund is monitored. There is a teapot, glasses, cup, tea bags (which is very pleasant), refrigerator. Fewer clothes, a couch of comfort. Clean. The administrator is polite, when settled, they immediately release a bottle of water (but I would like to 2 when settled 2 people). There is a net of insects on the window - it was very important for us. The disadvantages are the lack of elevator and location (behind the window noisy). Only for this, I will remove one star, TK owners, I think, have realized in advance that in such a building of perfect comfort cannot be. The good is a conder and the window blocks noise when closing, thank you for that. In a word, if you don't mind doing a constant top-top on the forests, I recommend it, it's cozy here.

We stayed for two nights. In general it’s a positive experience The location is good. It’s very close to major attractions and there are plenty of restaurants around We also like their breakfast. They have pretty good selection. Room is standard and not much to highlight. The wall is a bit thin. Someone on our floor snoozed the alarm for an hour and we were awaken by it in the early morning

I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. Club Connoisseur members benefit from several perks, one of which is a free night in a deluxe room, which oozed luxury and comfort. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is excellent. And a wonderful breakfast too. This is where the positives of the hotel end. It's amazing that the reception listens to you and does nothing. 1) The room was booked for two, the room has one bathrobe and one slippers. Why? They asked to bring everything for the second person, they never waited. 2) The door to the bathroom did not close in the room, again a call to the reception, they really did it. 3) The room was not cleaned and vacuumed and dusted for a week (photo attached). 4) Bed linen was not changed every day, as it was supposed to be, I specifically asked at the reception, but they were changed only when I urgently asked for it. 5) There were no cosmetic wipes in the room, we asked for 5 of them !!!! days, on the 6th day they brought them to us. 6) The window with a beautiful view of the city is dirty, it should be washed. 7) The bar has a menu with different prices. How is this possible? 8) The water in the jacuzzi is cold. We asked the girl who works there about the reason for the cold water, she said that it was broken. And you can list for a long time. Friends, this is a 5 star hotel and you don't live up to those stars. You need to pay attention to the requests and feedback of your guests.

The COMMANDING ... Astana ... The hotel is generally good, but does not pull up to 4* It all started with the fact that we and my colleague arrived at 6 a.m. and settled at 7 a.m. to the hotel. I insisted and I was taken off my room and I got crazy. My colleague did not close the window, from the first time they could not close and already wanted to offer another room, but the window was closed miraculously))))) In general the room was spacious, but we were at the temperature on the street - 20-30C in the room was terribly cold, Batteries didn't work. In the bath there is no clutch but only glass on half, not convenient, a lot of wool falls on the floor, too there is no dryer, it's a crash simple! Breakfast is very scarce, melts little on the plate, brings little food. In general hotel norms, but there is better!!!

In the shower there were teeth cleaning kits (toothbrush, toothpaste), shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure was more than satisfactory. If you run out of drinking water, you can call the reception and they will bring more water to your room, but there is a limit on the number of bottles per day, in my case in a double room it was 2 bottles of 0.5 liters. My option included breakfast, I liked it: the breakfast was a buffet, you could get whatever you wanted - there were no restrictions, but the breakfast itself was almost the same from day to day. On the 2nd day there were serious problems with Wifi, I was not the only one who had problems, I called the reception, but the problem was not solved for the whole day, alas. It spoiled the impression. There is a restaurant on the 17th floor, I visited it, it was delicious, cozy and the price was pretty good. This is a very new, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are small, but attractive. However there is very limited shelves or storage space if you travel with more than basic luggage. We were there in April and could not control the room temperature that was uncomfortably warm even with the window open.

a very smart contemporary hotel - lovely rooms - very comfortable social areas - great menu in the restaurant and Gibet in particular was an excellent member of staff - very friendly and helpful - going above and beyond to meet our requests and demands - would definitely stay there again
