Hotel Monaco

Walking far away from sights, bus stop in front of the door, not recommended for foreigners (you can't pay in cash and the timetable is only in Kazakh), there are hardly any taxis, and they cheat (unless you order through reception - but how do you get back ? Astana is spacious). TV without reception. I booked a more expensive room with a mini balcony, but the refrigerator and minibar were removed. The next day we changed rooms, there was a fridge+minibar, but no electricity, the contents already smelled. Finally they bring me a working refrigerator, but without any contents. There is only one mini market nearby that doesn't have drinks. The new room is located directly on the city highway. I have to stay in the room on the second day because I'm not feeling well. It's unclear to me what the cleaning crew has been vacuuming and cleaning in front of my room for ten hours to the accompaniment of Kazakh screeching music. Breakfast is halfway okay, but the staff is clearly not trained. It's tight, there's an ice-cold AC blowing above every table, you can't escape it. When I find the control and switch from 15 to 23 degrees, all the guests are really happy. The staff doesn't care about anything. Reception staff also poorly trained, poor English. Not prepared for tourist requests, there is no information.

В Монако останавливался несколько раз чтобы скоротать время между авиарейсами. В отеле комфортно, уютно, большие номера, трансфер в/из аэропорт, есть все что необходимо путешественнику. рядом центр города.
