Room was spacious but the bathroom was awkwardly small. There is NO hair conditioner in the bathroom. The fridge was so cold that the milk froze!
The mattress and pillow were so comfy, soft, and firm at the time. We slept very well and didn’t want to leave the bed!

Overall clean, nice, spacious room and staff service is good and we the special pillows ‘True sleeper’.
Only issue is that the room we stayed faces the main road and the windows are not sound-proofed. We could hear noises from vehicles driving passed in the night.

這家也應該是個老店，一切都那麼的年代長，跟兒子二人的行程，大阿蘇其實可以不住，直接往下一個行程。

夕食のレストランに行く感覚で行きます。品数が多くて美味しいです。食後にバーテンダーがカクテルを作ってくれたこともありました。お部屋はいたって普通。部屋飲みやお化粧にはデスクが小さい。お布団のセブンスピローは気持ち良いですが好みが分かれるでしょう。阿蘇なので温泉が欲しいところですが、せめて大浴場があれば評価も上がると思います。朝ごはんは以前と比べて質が落ちた様な気がしますね。１階ロビーに無料のコーヒーマシンがあります。
