The location is amazing, very peaceful, surrounding villages are stunning, overall a great location. The hotel, though, was quite old and run down. We booked as thought to be family and child friendly but it seems more targeted for senior visitors. The swimming pool was a good surprise, nice and big, perfect for the hot weather. The main problem was lack of air conditioning, it was a very hot day/night, making it impossible to sleep with the heat.

The holiday village and the hotel team are very good, the room is comfortable. However, we did not appreciate the catering side, indeed, there are very few choices for very high prices. The price of the meal at 17.50 per person for only one dish is a bit limited.

The hotel is very pleasantly located outside the city in a quiet area and yet the city center is accessible on foot. The hotel offers many activities and very pleasant outings.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to advise us. Only downside, the breakfast not very rich and low-end product.

Club excellent , le directeur, l'animateur Allan et toute l'équipe sont formidables. Belle ambiance, Les animations de qualité . Les repas sont variés, le centre bien situé à Ascain, au coeur d'une très belle région. La literie de qualité, dommage, les chambres sont petites , il est difficile de trouver une place à tout le contenu des valises.

Animations au top! Une équipe dynamique et à l’écoute. Village à proximité de toutes les sites touristiques à visiter aux alentours. Literie très bonne. Club très familial vu le peu de chambres. A recommander!

Je recommande vivement le club vacance à Ascain. Tout était parfait de la literie à l'animation en passant par les repas et les visites et les randonnées de plus le soleil était au rendez-vous. A refaire.

Residence tres bien placée pour visiter région personnel dynamique et accueillant. Rapport qualité prix très bien. Par contre soiree de noel mis dehors à 23 h dommage et peu cordiale. C est à revoir pour autre année. Autrement bonne ambiance nous y retourneront.
