R Hotels Inn Hokkaido Asahikawa
4.1/584 Reviews
Since it is a business hotel, the rooms are small and there is no parking lot. After checking with the hotel, they introduced us to a nearby parking lot, and we parked at the Times next door. It was 800 yen for 12 hours, and the next morning, it was 1600 yen to take out the car. We stayed in winter, so there were people from overseas and people heading to ski resorts. For the children, they gave us slippers, toothbrushes, handkerchiefs, etc. in a separate bag, and although they did not provide towels or other amenities, the children were happy. (Since it is a downtown area, there are many shops, but nowadays, many places that serve alcohol do not allow children, so I called in advance in Asahikawa to check, but several stores did not allow children. It was difficult to find a restaurant. Shinkarou, a Chinese restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel, is OK for children. They even reserved a seat for us.)
Hotel Tetora Asahikawa Station

It is very close to the station and is very convenient for people's livelihood. And the counter staff are very friendly! Able to guide customers with brief English communication, all check-in and check-out processes are smooth.
Hotel WBF Grande Asahikawa(Natural Hot Spring MinaPirika No Yu)
4.5/5106 Reviews
The location is within 10 minutes walking distance from JR station. The overall experience is good. There are hot springs to soak in, a drink bar in the evening, popsicles to enjoy, and coffee all day long. There are also a variety of breakfast options, and there is a small children's playroom. Overall 4 nights were very enjoyable.
Ryokan Sensyoen
4.6/513 Reviews
Very general, the price is not high. First of all, there is no restaurant nearby. We don’t know which predecessor said that the store will produce delicious soba noodles. ! Secondly, the sound insulation is particularly bad, plus we stayed in the next night, 12 young men (the names on the doors of both rooms, I counted, one six, add up to twelve) and sipped at two in the morning. Drunk, open a party in the room. I am angered, directly slammed the door, the Chinese, English and Japanese three words together, went downstairs to call the doorkeeper uncle. Finally, I can't communicate. The front desk and I also hold the same kind of translation, and talk to each other.
Jr Inn Asahikawa
4.7/5610 Reviews
Hotel is conveniently located next to JR train station and above Aeon Mall for plenty of food choices. We actually came by car and parking is a flat 800Yen paid to reception and they will issue you a parking ticket which allows for multiple entries during your stay. Breakfast is basic, breakfast area is actually one of the restaurants in the mall.
Y’s HOTEL ASAHIKAWA EKIMAE
4.6/5355 Reviews
The hotel is right at the Asahikawa Station. By car, it was not that obvious where to park but they do state exactly where to go and park on their website. We drove there and had to push our luggage to the hotel, as only buses are permitted to stop at the front of the hotel entrance. This ended up taking around 5 minutes from alighting the car to ending up at the lobby. Check-in was fast and there's a small play area for children with various toys that you can utilize for your children. The hotel offers free instant coffee and hot water that's readily available 24/7; you can find it at the lobby on the far side, opposite to the elevators. The room itself was on the larger side for this price range and though short, I thoroughly enjoyed my entire time at the hotel. The couch was large and comfortable and allowed for easy management of our things while we were packing. The bathroom was a standard Japanese size but comfortable enough. There are vending machines on every floor I believe, which don't upsell drinks, which is a nice touch. The public bath on the top floor was pretty great according to my wife, as I did not partake. Would highly recommend this hotel for anybody and everybody due to the great location; just make sure you look at their access instructions on their website beforehand!
