"Excellent clean hotel that provided all the basic amenities for my stay. There were other services such as laundry and ice machines. There was also a lounge area where you can have a drink and read a book they provide and huge public bath in the hotel! It was very worth the price I paid for a night.
JR Asahikawa Station was located right next to the hotel so it’s very convenient for those who are looking to travel out of town via train to places such as Furano, Biei, Nayoro and Kamikawa.
The staff were all very friendly and courteous too! I would definitely choose this hotel to stay in again when I come back to Asahikawa!"

"The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the JR station exit. The superior triple room was quite small; it was hard to even open one suitcase, let alone three. The breakfast quality was average, and guests had to cook their own noodles. I saw some guests coughing while preparing their food and not wearing masks. There were Chinese staff at the front desk; though they weren't overly friendly, their service was generally attentive. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, but the toothbrushes and razors were of low quality. I didn't get a chance to try the public bath due to time constraints."

"The hotel was generally fine and quite convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk from Asahikawa subway station and also close to Aeon. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, had excellent service! My son dropped a pair of gloves, and she even went out of her way to return them to us. A big thank you! 🙏"

"I stayed at Y’s Hotel Asahikawa Station during a self-drive trip. One thing to note is that the navigation may direct you to a nearby parking lot, which initially made us think we were at the wrong place. From there, it’s a short walk to the hotel. Parking costs around 1200 yen per night.
The room itself was quite standard — nothing particularly special. We also felt that the price we paid was a bit on the higher side for what was offered.
That said, the location is very convenient. The hotel is right next to the JR station, with AEON, MUJI, and other shops nearby. It’s also easy to get to Asahiyama Zoo from here.
Overall, a practical stay mainly for its location and convenience."

GGuest UserDue to high demand, our second night was in a smoking room, and it definitely had a strong odor. However, there was a spray bottle on the wall, and after using it, the air quality improved significantly. The hygiene was very good, and the room had amenities like a kettle and a fridge. Plus, it's very close to Asahikawa Station, which was great.

GGuest UserI booked this place quite last-minute. I originally wanted to stay at JR Inn to avoid dragging my suitcase through the snow. However, to my surprise, it wasn't hard to get here because there's a covered walkway connecting it to the JR station. It's also very close to the ski bus pick-up point. All in all, it's a great alternative if you can't get a room at JR Inn or OMO7.

We called ahead to arrange parking for our rental car, and the staff member we spoke with was incredibly helpful and pleasant over the phone, ensuring a smooth parking experience. While the hotel itself is a bit dated, we found it to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
Happy hour offered complimentary drinks and curry rice. We immediately toasted with beer, followed by a satisfying curry rice to round it off! The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied!
We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever return to Asahikawa! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserSince it was my first solo trip in a while and I wasn't in a place I'd been to often, I searched for a hotel near the station where I wouldn't get lost and stayed here!
It was a little far from the city center, so I had to walk a bit, but it was quiet and peaceful at night.
The hotel's amenities only listed ”towels,” so I asked through chat if they had bath towels and was told they didn't.
However, when I got there, I found bath towels...which added to my luggage.
It's best to call the hotel directly to confirm the details of your reservation.
The large basement bath, which is open until 2:00, is empty around 1:00, so I was able to relax, but the overall dim lighting was a bit creepy. Maybe the lighting could be a little better...
Also, turning off all the lights in the room made it pitch black, so I slept with the light by the door on...but for people who can't sleep in complete darkness but can't sleep in too much light, this might be a bit difficult. 💦
The vending machine had a fairly wide selection of drinks, so I didn't have to go to the convenience store.
There was ice on the first floor (they served up huge ice cubes with great force, lol), and the breakfast buffet, which wasn't included in my reservation, made for a comfortable solo trip! ❣️
Everyone at the front desk greeted me with a smile, making this a very pleasant two-day, one-night trip! Thank you very much! ☺️

IINO_RIIt's about a 500-600m walk from JR Asahikawa Station, which isn't far, and the surrounding facilities are convenient. However, dragging luggage through the snow was truly a killer! Since I was staying alone, the room size was perfectly adequate. On the first floor, you can pick up lotions, hair care products, and more. There's also a natural hot spring bath, but due to personal reasons, I wasn't able to use it.

Regarding logistics, please note that the on-site parking is quite limited. If the hotel's spots are full, they offer a convenient deal where you can park at the nearby Times parking lots for a flat rate of 800 Yen. This is a great alternative that saves you from worrying about hourly fees
