We stayed in a level room with a sun terrace on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was spacious with a seating area and a sofa. It was clean and had everything we needed. The sun terrace looked out over the sea and we had sun all day. Level facilities were good. Lovely outdoor seating area with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available and very tasty snacks and sweet treats. The breakfast in the level area was tasty and all the items on the menu freshly prepared plus lots of buffet items were available. My husband swam in the level pool and enjoyed it. We both spent time in the other pool too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment we arrived until we stepped in the taxi back to the airport. The staff were very busy seeing to guests needs but always smiling and happy to help. Would we stay here again ..??? Absolutely yes.

What a fantastic place for a romantic break. Hotel was amazing! We stayed in one of the suites with the Level package and it did not disappoint. Great selection of snacks during cocktail hour with branded alcohol. Fizz, wine and coffee available all day. Breakfast menu selection was great and food was delicious. Staff were friendly and views were stunning! We are already looking at booking for next year.

We returned for our 6th visit in January and the hotel is better than ever. The hotel closed for 4 months in 2023 for refurbishment (it wasn't 'tired' before though!). The big changes are that all rooms have been refurbished and freshened up (new furniture and décor, including balcony furniture, plus 50" TV screen - all 5 UK channels available, plus HDMI input socket!), the old Italian restaurant moved to another location, allowing the main Restaurant to be made more spacious and less noisy. What were previously known as 'Deluxe' rooms are now renamed 'Junior Suites' and the rooms really are spacious (35sq metres, I believe), with walk-in showers, a 6ft double-bed, a sofa-bed, and a small table and chairs to sit at. Just be forewarned that where you could request a twin room before are now mostly double rooms but with the sofa-bed which can be made up and is perfectly comfortable. In addition, other changes are a welcoming drink on arrival :) and a distinguished programme of classes during the week, all provided free of charge, plus great evening entertainment (we LOVED the duo on Mondays, with Olga singing and an acoustic guitarist - both super-talented). By 'distinguished' I mean things like classes in jewellery making, soap-making, art, liqueur coffee-making, local Tenerife cultural knowledge, and mindfulness which have been really well planned and thought through, setting the hotel apart from most hotels in our experience. The team of 5 (I think) headed up by Domenic (native to the island), with Cecilia and Christian are all great and put together a great offering. After the refurbishment it was great to meet again some of the old faces - Johann, Emanuele as porter and welcomer, Raul on Reception - all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. In addition, of course, the restaurant customer-facing team is headed up by the outstanding Laura, who is SO welcoming and absolutely delightful. The terrace, used for outdoor dining at breakfast and dinner has a stunning view, overlooking the town below and out to sea, and sitting drinking cocktails in late afternoon is the most relaxing place I have ever been. How could they improve? The bar staff are not quite as good as previous years, when headed up by Johann (who has been promoted) and, on occasions, the restaurant felt like it was under-staffed (drinks orders and tables getting cleared not as quickly as desirable). Will we return for a 7th time? 100% we will!

I want to start by saying that this holiday was one of the best I’ve had. I’m surprised to see any negative comments on here about this lovely hotel. I guess you cannot please all the people all the time! Whilst some complain that the nightly entertainment was loud I think my only complaint would be that it stopped at 11 pm! We had the perfect check-in experience. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a glass of Cava on arrival. My top tip would be to book your own transfer from the airport as our shuttle service took an hour going around the houses to do a 15 minute journey! Our room was spacious and comfortable. So comfortable in fact that I am writing to the hotel to ask what mattresses they use! The hotel felt luxurious - it was spotless and well maintained. The grounds were lovely with waterfalls and amazing views at every turn! It was a treat to be have branded spirits, lovely wine and amazing cocktails on our all exclusive stay. The views from the restaurant was so fabulous that I really didn’t mind what we were eating! However, the food was good with plenty of variety. We were ready for our à la cart restaurant on the last night however, which was fabulous. I can highly recommend the all inclusive experience. The activities at this hotel were also first class. There is no pressure to join in but I really enjoyed some of the activities especially the outdoor stretching classes, and all the water activities including Aqua bike, Aqua fit and even Aqua Pole! Into the evening, the terrace bar becomes a classy, lit, vibey bar with views down to the sea. The evening entertainment was always of a high standard and really enjoyable. We made friends here, dancing the night away, that we hope will be friends for a long time to come. I think the real highlight of our holiday was the totally fabulous staff at the hotel. Special mentions should go to Beatriz from the pool bar who has a smile on her face all day and who made first class cocktails; Laura from the restaurant who greeted us at the restaurant every evening with a warm welcome and a smile on her face, Lidia, waitress at the restaurant who brought us a delicious bottle of rosé wine each evening and a pot of lovely coffee each morning, and a very special mention goes to Tiberio (Tibi) who looked after us every evening – nothing was too much trouble for him! He gave us blankets when the temperature dropped, and got to know our favourite drinks which were delivered in style and sometimes with a hug!! He was a hardworking superstar. I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel. For me the mix of relaxation around a gorgeous pool, high standard activities, comfortable room, fun evenings and fantastic staff was just perfect.

Lovely 4 day trip to Adeje. The hotel is conveniently located close to several beaches, shops and the resorts of playa del duque, Fañabé and La Caleta. The hotel is fairly high up, so if you have mobility issues or trouble with stairs or hills, you may be better suited to one of the beach front hotels. There are lifts but dotted around on different levels and walk ways due to the set out of the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us and the views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff were all Friendly and professional. We weren’t offered a welcome drink on check in but did have a voucher for complimentary cocktails in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. We stayed in Melia room, very spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view down to the beach. Other premium rooms were available but we were overall quite impressed with the quality of the standard room for the price. The ritual toiletries were a touch of class. The terrace for breakfast was amazing, one of the best we have come across. There was lots of variety of hot and cold food all of a very good standard and they did have cava. Filter Coffe was nice but did get cold quickly. However the hotel had several machines so you could always make your own. So much choice food wise. Lovely fresh bread, pastries and even honeycomb. Service again great, no issues getting tables inside or out. We only stayed bed and breakfast, but the hotel had ample offerings for food. The pool side restaurant looked awesome. Bars were really nice with reasonable value drinks and attentive staff. You can pay by card as you go or charge to your room. Pool area clean, with lots of sun beds. Always activities if you wanted to exercise or keep busy. Fairly relaxed atmosphere, pool plenty big enough for guests and a nice temperature too. Some parts of the hotel look very modern, think they have had some upgrades and improvements, whilst bits were possibly still needing a little tlc. We definitely felt like this represented really good value for the hotels in the area and would happily stay again.

Just wanted to bring to your attention before you book this Hotel that it is built on a hill and therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It is necessary to climb many steps and use lifts to get to the restaurant, pool area in fact all areas of the hotel. On arrival we had booked a Junior suite with bath robes and slippers to be provided. They were not and we had to go to reception to request them. The complimentary toiletries had not been replenished since the previous guests had left. So we had to go to reception to mention this. Two sachets of coffee and two milk were in the room when we arrived and we used them straight away. The next day after our room was cleaned no more were put in the room. We were told we had to telephone room service each time we wanted them. This is not the standard you would expect from a 4+ hotel. The restaurant was quite cold due to the windows being open and the air conditioning. The food was luke warm and sometimes the vegetables were completely cold, not a great choice either. One type of soup each evening, onion soup on the first night and cream of onion soup on night three! The sweets were very repetitive, the same gateaux served each night. Slow service taking plates away. The bar and entertainment were in an open area and as the weather was not particularly good during our stay it was rather cool at times to watch the acts outside. We ordered drinks in the bar and after waiting some considerable time on more than one occasion we went to the bar ourselves and the service was much quicker( but we had been told not to do that, but sit and someone would take our order - well they did and we are still waiting for those drinks. The views were fantastic and some staff were very pleasant, but overall we were very disappointed with our stay and didn't feel it was value for money and is not worthy of 4+ Rating.

We visited this hotel for the first time May 14th 2024 and had a wonderful week. From stepping onto the pavement on arrival, we received the warmest welcome and experienced a very swift check in. Every member of staff gave us excellent customer service. Our room was spacious, quiet and very clean and comfortable. The design of the hotel is amazing with little bridges and water features dotted around. The hotel creates a sense of peace and tranquliity, as you lay on a sunlounger all you can hear are the birds singing and the water running. The views from the bar and restaurants are awesome. We were all inclusive and the food and the drinks were very good. I absolutely loved the yoga and pilates classes, held outdoors, every day that were taught by fully qualified teachers who were very knowledgeable. Especially Cecelia who was so kind, caring and dedicated, she taught most of the classes that I attended. I enjoyed her Introduction to Reiki too that I had never done before. The Aqua classes, once a day, were also fun and very varied with lots of different equipment. There is live music every night that you can watch on the terrace whilst enjoying the evening views. The beach and lovely shops are only around 15/20mins walk but we were so happy with the hotel that we mainly stayed there and had a very relaxing time. We never usually go to the same place twice but have booked already for next year, that speaks volumes.

This hotel has lost its Soul ,I was Very disappointed, I had high hopes since it had a refurb All i saw was a change to main reception/The Level area and new restaurants, As having stayed several times over the years and it never disappointed this was the worst stay ever. I paid for the level as i always do and requested a high floor /Quiet area and access to a lift on 3 different occasions when booking to check in on line as was here for a cycling race. I was given a bungalow type room on a very low floor no access to a nearby lift but a load of steps which were not possible as i had a bike ,Also the said room was NOT a level standard room ,It was dark /no views /Etc In all the years i never had a complaint and i have stayed in the best room in the hotel amongst other level rooms so i know the hotel was pulling a fast one, I returned to the Level reception and politely advised of my dismay to what i was been given, In fairness within a few mins i got another room with a view a highish floor access to a lift I feel duped as having been a level customer over the years that they did this to me ?? At no time did a manager make contact to discuss
