Super recommendable, after many years visiting Buzios, I think we find the best of the accommodations, for their price, location, quality in service, cleaning and maintenance staff always careful to nothing goes, the attention of Cris in reception, the best of all, a wonderful being that receives you every day or every night with a good friendly greeting, but it was not the only one, Diogo and each one who always received him with the best wave, Congratulations to the LATITUD group for this accommodation, EXTRACKBLE!!! we will surely return to hosting.

Great location and beautiful grounds. Service good overall. A few services issues at times - slow response times or having to ask for request more than once. Overall stay was a good experience though.

A começar da localização que é ótima, o atendimento é incrível, sempre bastante solicitos, a pousada não tem certas limitações, permitindo maior conforto e confiança aos hóspedes, dispõe de toalha pra banho na piscina e na praia. Do geral, com certeza se for uma opção repetir a estadia em búzios no mesmo local isso não seria problema e sim um prazer.

The service at the pool by the waiters, especially Danilo, deserves a round of applause. The menu has fair prices for different tastes and dishes. Everything very delicious. Don't forget to try the super filling shrimp pastry and the sun-dried meat with cassava. We didn't like the noise from the air conditioning, and the service from the reservations department, staff who were harsh in their responses. Excellent pool. Location note 1000

I was looking for a well-located hotel to not need to use the car for travels inside the city of Búzios. I finally chose Selina Búzios for being almost inside the stone street and with easy access to the region's restaurants and beaches. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The air conditioning took account of the large room and the gas shower worked very well, as all the others. We were very well served, especially in the restaurant. The only thing that left to desire was the room service that passed in totally random hours (in full high season) and did not exchange towels every three days as stated in the general rules. I had to ask for the service that did not happen twice at the reception on the same day. It was over that I took the new towels and made the exchange. The location is really privileged. A few steps from the great restaurants and the bady part of Búzios. To go to the beaches I chose not to take the car from the garage and use the Uber and taxi boat service. Parking in the region exceeds R$50, so I chose. The pool is very large and was clean for the whole period of our stay. The bottom is painted and in several sections the ink is going off. It is a very interesting part of the hotel with many chairs and places to spend time around. In the high season of January, I paid a value of R$400 per day including accommodation and parking. I chose not to take breakfast, there are many good places offering service and spending around R$25 for two people. I think it was worth the choice of hotel considering the prices in the region's hotels in the high season.
