This apartment was spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's near everything, we would stay here again definitely, thank you for a comfortable stay.

Great flat, everything in full working order, no oven or washing machine in the flat so if that's important probably avoid, also the area is not amazing, a bit dodgy looking - the restaurants we wanted to go to were closed between 2 and 6pm. The beach is great though which is the reason we decided to stay here.

Basic, no frills apartment. Generally clean. Felt that some stuff in the kitchen (vent, toaster, stove, coffee machine) were ripe for replacement/repair. No air-conditioning in the bedroom was a problem. I do expect dishwashing soap and extra toilet papers for the price. Very close to the beach but not on the beach. Centrally located with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Was expecting parking but was told they did not have any. Parking on the beach lot is free though, and is only a short distance away. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly and kind staff (owners), well-equipped room, which was the size of a Lisbon apartment, with 2 balconies and a kitchenette / dining / livingroom. Just 2 blocks from the beach. Extraordinary good value

Staff was very friendly and always trying to offer the best customer experience, but the downside is the apartment itself. The apartment decoration looks like a time travel to 80s/90s. I strongly believe it had a 3 Star rating back then.
As a recommendation for the Appartment owners: You invest a bit in renovating the apartments, especially the bathroom and the cooking place.

Very friendly staff, great garage, close to beach, boardwalk and many restaurants.
Exterior of building looks great and like it was recently updated but room was very very dated. Toilet made VERY load noise when tank refilled, shower head holder was broken. No air conditioning in bedroom. Street hotel is on is VERY dirty in comparison to all other streets.

sucio no funciona wi fi cuando reclamamos el wi fi nos gritan en recepción no hay aire acondicionado en el cuarto no hay extractor en la cocina agujero de más de 30 cm de diámetro en el baño Cables sueltos en el baño espejo de baño desconchado no se ve el mar

El apartamento está muy viejo, los muebles de terraza amarillos y verdes, el suelo abierto en el dormitorio, la cocina muy vieja y sucia. El baño con cables sueltos y un agujero bajo el lavabo Aire acondicionado sólo en en salón, no en el dormitorio No funciona el wifi y la respuesta de la hija de la dueña fue impresentable
