La apariencia no es buena dado que no hemos podido llevarla a cabo. Cumplimentamos en la página web del hotel los datos como nos indicaron, se suponía que nos contestaban inmediatamente para confirmarnos la reserva. Hasta hoy no hemos recibido ningún tipo de comunicación Entendemos que si el alojamiento no tiene disponibilidad ,lo lógico es que se nos avise para que busquemos otra opción. Pero no ha sido así y no hemos podido contactar con ellos telefónicamente. No suelo opinar sobre lugares en los que no he estado pero en este caso quería hacer esta reseña porque me parece una falta de profesionalidad, por parte de quien se ocupe de gestionar la página web y el correo que era la opción que nos daban para hacer una reserva .

Hotel muy céntrico donde el personal es muy amable y con un trato familiar, la estancia fabulosa, dispone de ascensor y el desayuno maravilloso y muy variado. Gracias por haber que nuestra estancia en el bonito pueblo de Covarrubias haya sido tan buena
