Just back from a fab week at the palazetto suites. We had the best room over looking the beach ! Our room was bright with stunning sea views . The beds were very comfortable & room was cleaned every day with fresh towels . The bathrooms could be doing with an upgrade but it didn’t spoil our time here . We only ate breakfast here & the dining room is lovely decorated with plenty of choice for breakfast . The pool area was lovely, especially as it’s adult only so no kids in your pool . It’s literally a few steps down to the beach & there is a fab beach bar Seau adjoined to the hotel where we had some great lunches & drinks . Fab holiday & we look forward to returning here in September .

Unfortunately had a big problem with AC unit that could never be resolved. Unit leaked onto floor creating huge dangerous puddles. Unfortunately the staff copped an attitude when we attempted to get more towels when we had to use all to keep floor safe. Called my wife disrespectful when she complained. Obviously they are trying to run two resorts and failing so they let this one go. The location is great but service is not.

Tsilivi Palazetto Review Oct 20th My partner and I needed a break and found this holiday for 8 nights before the end of season. We arrived around 4pm and was really happy at our first sight of the hotel. The main reception area was very clean and beautifully laid out. We were stung by the fee for the room when we arrived (maybe we didn't read the small print) €24. We were taken to our suite which is apart from the main hotel, through another reception area, and up in the lift to the first floor. We were shown in to room 245, and was pleasantly surprised. The room was large, had all your amenities, and a lovely pool and sea view. The bathroom was more than adequate in size housing 2 sinks, lavatory a "whirlpool" jacuzzi bath and shower. After settling, we wanted to shower/bath, we had no hot water and the whirlpool didn't work at all. We were moved the following day to next door 246, not a problem. Hot water, and a bath that worked! Until the following day when the jacuzzi just wouldn't turn off even when the bath was empty. So we pulled the trip switch in the fuse box to turn it off. The following day, we decided just to forget the whirlpool and just have a hot bath. But it started on its own...dont ask ... it did stop eventually but we didn't use it again. The cleanliness of the room wasn't bad, however the bathroom wasn't great. Pictures depict gunge all under taps and switches on bath and around sink, and to top it off there was dried poop on the drain. Eeeewww! Outside near the pool, the adult only pool, there was fab sun loungers, comfy and respectable. However the pool was ice cold, absolutely freezing (this was the opinion of all of the 3 pools) ~There was sunken bits of tissue, and sand around the inside, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned throughout the summer. There was actually a cup full of liquid left on one of the tables for the entire 8 days we've been here. The food wasn't bad, a couple of nights wasn't to our liking but you can't please everyone. The range of food was good, however I don't think Brussels sprouts actually go with the salads?? And there was stuff like mussels in sauce etc which again wasn't our cup of tea. Though I have to say, we never went hungry. Salad, fish bread, meats and fruit were plenty with always either chicken or pork on the menu. The serving staff and kitchen staff work so hard to make your experience pleasant. They are always ready to help you. The hours these people work is incredible and they are always smiling. So THANK YOU!! You were all appreciated. I was surprised that for an all inclusive hotel, there wasn't snacks available for the kids /adults throughout the day just drinks. There's a small poolside bar with soft drinks, lager wine and coffee open until 6pm. The restaurant offers lunchtimes from 1230, and a little grilling station for kebabs and pizza is open til 2.30. You are right on the beach front, it's perfectly placed but felt €8 euros for sunbeds when your at t

We decided to book this hotel as it was described as a 4 star adult only hotel & in the photos it looked lovely. Definitely not 4 star! We decided to book one of the swim up pool rooms as we were also here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, thought we’d treat ourselves & go for a bit of luxury! Unfortunately the rooms were very dark & dated. The bathroom in desperate need of a full refurb! Dirty old tiles, a leaking bath & water constantly appeared in middle of floor. Even when we weren’t showering! There was always a damp musty smell. Room was very dark. Wardrobes were so dark inside you couldn’t see your clothes! However, the beds were comfortable! The cleaners also came every day. The sliding doors to the patios constantly got stuck & were really hard to open. We did report this to reception & someone came over, gave them a thump & said they were fine! Reception/check in was at the hotel across the road as was breakfast. The choice of breakfast looked good but the food was completely tasteless! Fried eggs were like rubber, mass produced & cold. Always very busy. We avoided it several times and ate breakfast out. Annoying when we’d paid for bed & breakfast! We think if the palazetto could give itself some TLC it could actually be a very nice hotel. It’s advertised as adult only, but really it’s just an add on to the tsilivi beach hotel which is full of families. It’s certainly not luxurious as it describes itself in its marketing. Also says you get a welcome drink which we didn’t get. We did enjoy the resort though as been many times before, however won’t return to palazetto.

Returned last week and can confirm this hotel is in a great location on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. A fantastic stay except for the lack of available sunbeds at the pool, 3 beds constantly taken up by the 3 female staff who left their towels on them all day. and come and go as they please. Not fair for us guests who paid a lot of money for a relaxing holiday but could not use the pool area. Also the lack of disrespect from the staff member with the blonde platted hair who regularly moved her sunbed to face the sun and plonked herself in the same space and very close to guests, invading their privacy either by directly facing them or with her backside in their face. Surprised a 4 star hotel allows this to happen.

Hotel Palazetto is located right on Tsilivi beach. We stayed there for 14 nights and were very pleased. The location is excellent, the hotel has a nice architecture, a great view to the sea and to the lovely big swimming pool with palm trees. Many influencers come here just to film themselves in the pool, which during the day gives a impression of Maldives, and at night is lit up with small lights that look like twinkling stars. If you wakeup early in the morning you can admire the beauty of the sunrise reflecting its red-orange colors in the sea, it's an unforgettable sight! Palazetto is an adult hotel and that's why it's also very quiet, we could relax perfectly there. The hotel staff was very kind to us and helped us with any request we had. The room was properly cleaned every day. Their beds and pillows are particularly comfortable. I was also satisfied with their restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner included in our tickets and they had a wide variety of food for all tastes: fresh fruit, fresh juices, salads, vegetarian dishes, Greek specialties and many other delicacies. The bad part is that I ate a lot and gained a little weight. I especially liked their beef with sauce, which melted in my mouth, it was super delicious. Every day they had different menus, so I was always attracted and curious... I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the hotel who was present in the hotel and restaurant every day to checked the quality of the offered services. The lady told me about her life and how she came to create this group of hotels. She is a very intelligent and hardworking lady, I was pleasantly impressed that even if her business is going well she is still taking care of it, and talking to her customers. Tsilivi is a safe area, during the evenings we were slowly walking along the seashore and enter from the beach on the streets of the resort, where there are many tourist shops, bakeries, taverns, kiosks offering boat trips and many other tourist attractions. The KTEL bus station is 7 minutes away from Palazetto hotel. A bus ticket costs only 1.60 euros per person. That's how we visited many of the island's attractions: Kalamaki ( Caretta Caretta ), Laganas, Cameo Island, Gerakas beach and many other. One day we went with the pirate ship around the island, was a long trip but we had a lot of fun and took many pictures. We felt very well at Palazetto, it was an unforgettable experience! We will definitely visit this hotel again!

We are a group of 2 couples and had 2 swim up rooms. On arrival we had to check in at the sister hotel across the road which is a family hotel. On checking in we were informed that we were to have our breakfast at the family hotel. This was very disappointing as we had booked 2 weeks adults only, therefore no children. First morning we tried the breakfast but it was disgusting, inedible, and loud with lots of children running about. The remainder of holiday we walked down to the Apolis not very far away on the same road and paid for a decent breakfast. Our rooms were very dark and dated, lots of the lights didn’t work, we couldn’t see into wardrobe as it was so dark. Bathrooms are in real need of refurbishment. The shower head was dribbling and needing replacing, which we requested and was done. Shower is over the bath and the bath leaked and soaked the bathroom floor in both rooms. Our friends in the next room had a big crack through one of the sinks. There was black mould around bath and shower door and the jets in the bath had green mould. The kettle was faulty, you had to stand with your finger on the button until it boiled - I went over to reception at sister hotel and was told this is how they work. My husband went back over there and asked for kettle to be replaced, it didn’t arrive. Later that day he took the faulty kettle over to sister hotel and asked that they replace it, it was then replaced. Lots of faffing about just to get a working kettle! Our friends phone kept randomly ringing at 3am and 4am. They complained at reception and were told sorry about that it’s in a loop! No resolution to this issue. Maid comes in every day to clean, make beds and replace towels. Beach towels are provided and you can exchange them at sister hotel between 9am and 3pm. Palazetto Suites reception is not manned, there is no security or staff on the adults side. Anyone could just walk in off the street or beach straight into hotel corridors. The pool area is not lit up at night, and it is very dark. We paid for Swim up rooms and were very disappointed with this. During the day various people from the beach walk up and get in the pool, including some children. We spoke to reception about this and they suggested we tell the SeaU cafe staff and they will call over to family hotel reception! There are no signs stating guests only, adults only - this would be a simple thing to do. On numerous occasions we had to ask people to remove their children from the pool as no children allowed! Customers at the SeaU cafe seem to think they are entitled. Drinks at the SeaU cafe are expensive. This cafe is not part of the hotel all inclusive but is owned by the hotel. As guests we didn’t receive any discount, we paid the same as customers from the beach. E.g a bottle of Corona was 6 euros a bottle, at the shop just up road short walk away you can get them for 2 euros a bottle. We found this to be excessive. The pool is difficult to get in and out of if

Had an amazing two weeks in the Tsilivi Palazetto. The hotel is ideally located on the lovely sandy beach and a short stroll into town. The hotel pool is lovely and the staff can’t do enough for you. The hotel is beautifully furnished, great views from the balcony and rooms cleaned and towels are changed daily. The food in the Tsilivi Beach Hotel next door is always fresh with a great selection to choose from. Lovely salads, meats, fish, potatoes, local dishes, pasta/rice dishes, vegetarian dishes and fresh bread. Always a good selection of fresh fruit and deserts too. I really cannot fault the hotels beautiful location, lovely staff and presentation. Will definitely be returning.
