Nice property and staff. Easy parking and restaurants, cafes, and beach are all in easy walking distance. Good value

The rooms look old and are fairly bare and basic, but the important thing is everything is kept very clean.
The hotel has a lovely outside area, and the staff are friendly and helpful

Varazze not the best spot in Italy. Harbour was nice, but expensive, but getting there was a long walk with last bit very run down, will be nice when its finished, whenever that is.
Breakfast was good, staff friendly, safe did not work. Air con could have been better and nothing on the walls so very stark in room. Parking was good and glad we paid for it as parking on street would have been a challenge.

Hotel davvero di poche pretese.
Camera piuttosto squallida. Nessuna aria condizionata, ma un ventilatore a soffitto mal funzionante che ha fatto rumore tutta la notte facendoci dormire malissimo.
Per me la camera non vale il prezzo pagato!

Leggo di una nuova gestione migliorativa rispetto alla passata ma sinceramente io non ho visto le qualità che si presuppone debba avere un Hotel a tre stelle. Abbiamo trovato una camera vetusta con arredi molto datati,una cucina molto basica con piatti da pizzeria,un igiene carente in alcuni aspetti ( piatto servito con evidenti ditate, tovagliette di plastica molto poco igieniche) cose che a mio parere non giustificano il prezzo pagato Per obiettività di giudizio debbo però riconoscete che il giardino è molto bello e anche sottolineare la grande cortesia e professionalità del Signor Gianluca al ricevimento. Non ci tornerò.

Fin dai primi contatti telefonici sono emerse cortesia e disponibilità a venire incontro al cliente in tutto. Caratteristiche che sono state confermate nel corso del breve soggiorno di due notti. Camere essenziali, ma molto pulite. Spazi comuni e giardino tenuti veramente bene. Colazioni e cene discrete. Buona anche la posizione: il mare dista poche decine di metri e l'hotel è situato su una parallela alla strada che costeggia il mare, offrendo così agli ospiti maggiote tranquillità.

L’Hotel è ben curato e il giardino davvero impagabile per il relax o un aperitivo. La fontana e i tavolini all’aperto sono un’oasi di pace. Personale encomiabile sia in reception che al ristorante che ai piani. Ottima la posizione sia per il centro città che per le spiagge. Ci sono stata con la mia bimba di 3 anni perché consigliata da un’amica; lo consiglierò a mia volta!

Arrivé dans la chambre, du moisi sur les bords de douche, des files électriques apparents, un tableau avec des mouches mortes dedans, des tâches sur les murs, un lit double séparé en deux qui faisait un trou au milieu, des papiers de gâteaux dans les tiroirs.... niveau propreté et hygiène c'est zéro, (voir les photos ci dessous)
