Anemos Luxury Grand Resort

Absolutely outstanding hotel, very unique and luxurious in every way. I was travelling with my two teenage sons and we enjoyed ourselves to the max. The sport activities offered by a wonderful team of animators, Chloé, Vitali and Aloïs was just the icing on the cake (and while talking cakes, there is so much of delicious food to grab from the buffet, morning, lunch and evening.) Sitting by the pool on a comfortable beach bed, enjoying a good read, chat or swim, will be dearly missed. We had a duplex room which was a perfect choice travelling with teens. The interiors are chosen with good taste, we felt literally home. Thanks to everyone at this fabulous place to have made us a happy family. We will be back. Sooner or later.

I highly recommend this hotel! Why? - everything is correct! - but the most valuable are people behind this hotel: Vitaliy chef of animation, created amazing stuff Chloe and Aloize nice going people! Mr Spiros and Michaelis from greek restaurant! Jamael PR stuff so friendly and amazing Mrs Vesso at restaurant, like family! And i can keep it going…. You cant cant wrong with these people and place! Im just in love!

We spent there week in May. We wanted take a rest without spaecial entertaiment: just sleeping, book reading, sunbathing in nice place with great weather! It exceeded our expectations! Hotel is modern and has great design. Rooms are very clean ( room is tidying 2x day) and very comfortable. All staff is helpful and professional ( "You need- you get"). The most unexpected for us was great restaurant: we could find there everything we like (from scrambled white eggs to fries for breakfast!). We tried local dish and a lot of dinner country's dishes. Efficent operation all weiters ( specialy my favourite Vasso) and Valters (who is some kind of Big Brother in the restaurant) made our meals nice with great atmosphere. Hotel was quiet, with nice lobby bar and great evenings entertaiment. There is SPA in hotel ( with fantastic massages), nice gym and pools with bar. You can rent a car in hotel if you want go for a trip. We took a rest and spent there a very great time! I wanted thank you all. I recommended it to everyone. Spędziliśmy w hotelu majowy weekend. Wybraliśmy się żeby po prostu odpocząć. wyspać się, poczytać, nie gotować...Okazało się, że hotel jest super. Nowoczesny, świetnie zaprojektowany z wygodnymi czystymi pokojami ( pokój sprzątany 2 x dz). Super personel bardzo pomocny i świetnie zorganizowany. Osobiście najbardziej cieszyła mnie restauracja: duży wybór lokalnych przysmaków i nieprzeciętne hotelowe jedzenie ( np jajecznica z białek jaj i frytki na śniadanie- dla każdego coś dobrego). Dobrze zorganizowana obsługa restauracji i moja ulubiona Vasso i Valters o którychj chciałabym szczególnie wspomnieć. Nie nudziliśmy się: korzystaliśmy ze SPA, siłowni, plaży i basenu, a wieczorami mogliśmy miło spędzić czas na wieczornych imprezach. Polecam wszystkim!

Best experience in whole Crete. Perfect stay with perfect crew team. Every detail is important for the manager. Best child activities and good shows for the adults. The place is very clean and comfortable thank you very much for that we will be back soon

We have just returned from the best holiday at this hotel. We traveled as a family of 4. Two adults & two children aged 10 & 12. The hotel was everything we hoped it would be, it’s huge so even in Aug it never felt crowded. We’re not early birds so never get to the pool before 11am but it was never an issue to get a sun bed, even the lovely beds which extend out over the pool. We had an 2 bedroom apartment with a shared pool. The apartment was massive! The shared pool was so much fun as we got to know our neighbours and our children played together in the pool long after the main pools had closed for the day. The children’s pool in the resort with the water slides was also a big hit. We did premium all inclusive package which worked well for us, also the hotel is not close to any other tavernas or restaurants so you are quite limited on other options. The food at the resort was ok, nothing to really shout about but it was definitely a better standard than other all inclusive I have done & my children loved it. The on site restaurants are ok & a nice break from the buffet but the standard of food is very average. Evening entertainment is awful but then again this type of thing isn’t really my cup of tea, it would have been nice for the other bars to have more atmosphere to give other options after dinner. We went to the rooftop bar and the beach bar to avoid the entertainment but they felt quite empty and lacking in atmosphere. Overall though this is an excellent hotel which I would definitely return to. It’s spotlessly clean and all staff were so friendly.

Great hotel, great service, delicate meal, nice beach. We were really satisfied and we would like to come again. I really would recommend this hotel :-) Thank you for perfekt holiday.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, THE STAFF AMAZING. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE TO FAULT. IT'S ONE OF THE BEST, FRIENDLIEST RESORTS WE'VE EVER BEEN TO IN OUR MANY YEARS OF TRAVEL. IT'S VERY WELL SITUATED BEING A VERY SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH VIA A TUNNEL UNDER THE ROAD ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL. THERE'S MANY WATER SPORT ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE AT A SMALL EXTRA COST, ON THE BEACH. THE BEACH BAR & RESTAURANT ARE EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS THE MAIN RESTAURANTS ON THE RESORT ITSELF. THER IS AN ITALIAN, ASIAN/CHINESE AND AN EVERYDAY BUFFET STYLE RESTAUANT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER. ALL THE SERVING STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. THE BEACH RESTAURANT SPECIALISES IN FISH DISHES IN THE EVENING. THERE IS ALSO A RESTAURANT AT THE CHILDRENS POOL & PLAY AREA, SERVING QUICK MEALS FOR BUSY FAMILIES. WE DIDN'T USE THIS RESTAURANT AS WE HAVE NO CHILDREN, ALTHOUGH WE COULD HAVE UTILISED IT SHOULD WE HAVE WANTED. THE PLAYPARK & POOL LOOKED REALLY GOOD WITH LOTS OF FUN THINGS TO KEEP THE LITTLE ONES OCCUPIED. THERE ARE CASH MACHINES IN THE LOBBY AND ALSO A COFFEE/ ALCOHOL BAR NEAR TO THE RECEPTION. THE POOL AREA IS FAIRLY SMALL BUT DOES HAVE SEVERAL POOLS & PLENTY OF BEDS, LOUNGERS & SEVERAL CABANAAS THAT CAN BE TOTALLY ENCLOSED IF IT'S TOO HOT. THERES A SMALL ON SITE SHOP THAT SELLS PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING YOU NEED AS EXTRAS/GIFTS TO TAKE HOME. WE CHOSE HALF BOARDFOR THE HOLIDAY BUT FOUND WE COULD CHOOSE DAYS WHERE WE COULD OPT TO PAY FOR ALL INCLUSIVE ON DAYS WHEN WE DIDN'T GO ON ANY TOURS, SO DIDN'T MISS OUT ON THE ALL INCLUSIVE MENUS FOR TOSE DAYS. THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW RESORTS I WOULD CONCIDER RETURNING TO, ALTHOUGH, WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT PLACES TO VISIT IN THE WORLD, THIS SADLY MAY NOT HAPPEN. I RATED THE HOTEL/RESORT A FIVE STAR RESORT AND I BELEIVE IT'S TRULY WORTHY OF THIS ACCOLADE.

We stayed for a week, all inclusive, weather was great. Spent most of our time by the adult pool which was quite and relaxing. Visited the water slides which was great fun. The Buffett was the best we had experienced, including our Caribbean experience. Superb choices, so much so although we booked the themed restaurant we cancelled 1 night to eat at the buffet. I can’t speak highly of the female that made homemade ice cream. Great to be able to have a bottle of wine using the all inclusive option, rather than by the glass. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. Would I stay there again, well yes, booked in for June with a friend 😊

The hotel was immaculate. The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay glorious. Food was delicious.Rooms were well kept. Cleaning staff were very helpful. The hire car people were very friendly and helpful. This is a hotel we would recommend to anyone and go back to ourselves.
