This is a very cute property in a great location and we'll be happy to stay here again. However, the front desk was not staffed for a 6pm check-in. We called a help number that was displayed at the front desk, but no answer. A patron, who was searching for coffee pods, told us our check-in packet could de found in the mailbox. To be fair, I discovered that a voicemail message had been left on my mobile giving check-in details.
The room was very nice. There was a Keurig coffee maker, but no pods.
I don't mind that the front desk wasn't staffed, but please pick up the help line and please provide complementary coffee pods.
