房間乾淨，泡茶大窗户正對山景比較綠色治癒。
早餐還可以，有豆漿，橙汁，瘦肉粥，米線，小油條包子雞蛋，還有一些蔬菜，夠吃了。吃飯的室外環境比較好，可以看着梯田。
酒店可以免費體驗採茶葉活動，適合親子活動。

喜歡清靜的住客不適合這裏。
1.露天卡拉ok到晚上10點,感受到大媽們在你門口跳廣場舞。
2.預訂頂樓的帶茶室房間，變成了公共區域所有人來坐着喝茶，還都喜歡深夜長談。
3.這個價位的房間竟然不支持連續熱水洗澡15分鐘以上。
4.在催促幾次之後，下午16：00才來打掃衞生，同行的房間竟然無人打掃。
5.8—9點的早餐體驗很差，連基本牛奶也無法保證，床和枕頭農家樂級別。
服務人員大部分還是比較熱情，菜品也還過得去，風景也值得這個價位，但肯定不會再來了。

淡淡的茶香伴着山間的涼風扣開房門，盤坐在竹墊上，呡一口剛泡好的鐵觀音，不由得舒緩深情，心房泛起漣漪。如果要找一個體驗茶，感受茶的地方，這裏值得名列前茅。

這家茶莊園説實話，是被小紅書、攜程介紹吸引來的，因為航拍的景色真的很美很美
但來了之後體驗感不是很好，應該是我近幾年走過的民宿和酒店綜合考量起來，性價比最差的一家民宿。互動性、服務跟不上
不過航拍的景色確實很美，但是站在消費者角度，航拍景色美沒用，最實在還是要硬件、服務跟上
莊園在山頂，所有一切衹能在莊園完成！外賣也叫不到
這次我們從龍海返程到莊園大約下午3點，一來房間就安排上了，打開房門的那一刻，我就後悔了
味道很難聞，給我們安排在一樓過道房。吵，要求安排安靜點的房間，理想區域告訴我沒有房了，結果等來的是給了晚來的房客，而我們一家三口拖着行李傻傻的在別人區域門口等了半小時。真是無語死了！！！
酒店小哥給的回覆：他們預訂得比你早，前台説他們要求連一起。我也是給整無語了，我們就不是客人？這時候就在感歎商務酒店和民宿管理服務的區別！！！
優點：安靜、室外空氣好
不足：住房空氣差、床硬、服務跟不上、餐標貴
ps：每個人對於事物衡量的標準不一樣，一輪走下來就是覺得酒店很無聊，服務跟不上、一晚近700的價格，服務和住房條件不匹配，床墊真的睡起來超級不舒服。
從贈送的增值項目是可以看出酒店是有認真在改善服務的，但是就是感覺缺少了點什麼，比如餐飲説不上好吃也説不上難吃，價格偏貴
作為本泉州的同胞還是想給些誠懇的建議
希望服務越來越好
比如在房間允許的情況下，房間升級
用餐完額外贈送飯後甜品-特觀音湯圓
來提升一些細節改善的服務
