1、房間熱水一下熱一下冷，
2、地暖就入住第一個晚上有，第二天晚上冷醒來幾次。而且空調按沒有任何反應，壞了的！
3、搞衞生的阿姨大早上8點就在走廊一直大聲説話，隔音特別差，把我吵醒了！
4服務態度特別差，前台放個東西都不行，説丟了概不負責，讓我最好不要放他那裡。
5退房必須要拿房卡給他，我説房卡在房間你對講機讓服務生找一下，他説不行！必須要客人送到前台！我約好的車子在外面等着我去機場，我強調了幾次我説就在房間，我趕時間！車子在外面等我。他説沒有卡退不了房！讓我在上樓去房間找！我真的氣死！
總結：這個酒店地方偏僻周圍沒有吃的沒有玩的，打車也不好打！房間設施特別老舊，而且服務差，房間臟！

安靜倒是真的安靜，周圍風景很好，挨着美人松公園，但是床上有蟲子，被子超級臟，淋浴的時候，一會熱水一會冷水，完全自動切換，不知道這個水到底要怎樣。馬桶上還有很多尿液，真的很臟。傍晚才到，就將就住了。
服務就不用説了，基本沒有太多服務可言。

優點：處於美人松公園內，離雲頂集市非常近，出門左轉，沿河有條小道直達雲頂集市，順便還可以夜登空中廊橋。附近飲食店很多。停車方便。可以説環境超好。
缺點：房間小，不供應紙巾，門無法反鎖，服務人員早上會想要闖入房間，幸好我帶了阻門器。這些很難接受。馬桶容易堵。

本來也對鎮上的賓館不抱太大希望，看着這家三星就試試吧。
環境：在鎮上剛過一堆飯店的地方，不過從酒店旁邊的小路走到雲頂市集也不遠。
衞生：進門之後就看見電視後面留給我們的薯片，也不知道打掃衞生了沒有🙂↔️
設施：房間沒有抽紙，洗澡水很難調温，要麼燙要麼冷，似乎不是很敏感。早餐的包子和饅頭差不多，不小心塞了點餡進來就變成了包子。
服務：服務員是熱情的，可惜人影見不着。房間沒給飲用水要找到客服要才給。

還可以四顆星 在長白山鎮上算是可以的 早餐有贈送 旁邊是美人松公園 很漂亮 很安靜 缺點是前台態度不好 總體推薦 適合一個人旅行 但是交通不是特別方便 走路還行

酒店環境清幽，很安靜，舒服，旁邊就是公園，景點，集市，出行方便，只是電視有點小，地毯有點歷史感，其他還好！

位置好，離公園很近，前台XX巖熱情周到，餐廳工作人員服務到位，保潔阿姨衞生打掃及時。住在這裡有賓至如歸的感覺，還會再來。

沒拍到美人松賓館的的圖片因為我到的時候是晚上，趕上雲頂市集。賓館走到雲頂市集衹需五分鐘。美人松賓館的交通也很方便附近有小超市。雲頂市集營業時間是下午三點半到晚上九點特別好很好玩很漂亮。出租車司機跟我説每人送賓館是以前林業局的招待所所以條件在當地算好的。
