服務和環境豆超級贊，離北坡集散中心步行可達。酒店內有雪人軍團、有食物、有温泉，這次天池沒開，下次來還會選擇這裏。

套餐送了滑雪票，接機服務很贊。酒店雖有些日子了，但裝飾設計不落伍，與酒店外景各有飛格，都非常好。酒店形容物，小鴨和雪人受小朋友喜愛。酒店小冰箱滿滿的。

設施有點陳舊，大堂有些冷！温泉體驗不錯，酒店獨一無二的地理位置很棒。燒酒館菜味道不錯！雪人軍團憨憨的！羊駝乖乖的！房間還不錯，但洗漱用品等有點配不上這個檔次。總體來説孩子還是玩的很開心的。

北歐風格的酒店，有特點，房間很大，落地大玻璃窗，陽光明媚！房間服務好，冰箱飲料任喝，每天有水果和甜品，酒店設施齊全，室外泡湯等一應俱全，還贈送滑雪票，有班車接送去滑雪場，服務很好！

在之禾是對比了很多的酒店後選擇的，真的很不錯，酒店有孔雀、羊駝、雪人軍團，房間也很愜意送了下午茶小點心，拍照也很出片。酒店的湯泉私密性也很好，酒店的雪人地裏可以放煙花，接送服務也是很滿意，送了紅松王滑雪滑雪，真心推薦

作為攜程金鑽客户，一定要寫下這篇點評，雖然很少點評，但寫下這條也是為了在之禾未來能做的更好。住在這個酒店是因為被推薦了好幾次，一致誇讚。的確，從硬件到環境設計，到景觀搭建，到趣味活動到服務都比較不錯，但房間內配置的紙巾，洗漱用品，洗髮水等，與酒店的定位嚴重不符，我很少在一家高端酒店用到粗糲感那麼強的紙巾，頭髮洗完如枯草且頭癢。吹風機的功率可以拿來烘乾衣服，但對頭髮損傷很大。房間內沒有加濕器，早餐用餐處凍人。總之，小處影響了體驗度，拉低了酒店的水平，實屬不聰明。
