When checking in, the lady gave me some snacks Environment: The intelligent system is well done! The facilities are complete, the sanitation is timely, the environment is very warm, and the service is very good. The family room is not big, just enough. Convenient transportation is opposite the Vientiane Hui Shopping Center. It is directly across the street flyover. It is also very close to Tianhe Building and the pedestrian street. It takes a few minutes to walk. The central air conditioner has abnormal noises, the shower has no curtain, it is not dry and wet separation, and the bare feet are slippery. Overall praise.

Objective evaluation, environmental sanitation is OK, service is really not good! First, when I queued up to check in, the customer's room card was placed at the front desk of the room and directly cut in the queue. I didn't ask me. This service attitude was too much. Second, I went back to watch TV at night and found that I couldn’t find the remote control. I called the front desk. The service was quite poor. I was impatient and told me that the room was full and there was no extra remote control for you tomorrow. Is it going to check out tomorrow to help me find it? I won’t come later. It is not comparable to the service of the white magnolia next to it.

Although it is a hotel owned by Hilton, it does not provide the services of Hilton Hotel. I saw the online reviews saying that the breakfast was poor, and I thought, how bad can the breakfast of Hilton's hotels be! I chose breakfast by luck, the price is 68 per person, but I didn't expect it to be so bad! The child said, mother's juice cannot be drunk, it is blended. The breakfast sausage is even more ridiculous, using a large pack of pigmented starch sausage for 20 yuan. There are tofu nao, no fried dough sticks. May I ask, what to eat with tofu brain? Even the most basic breakfast mix is not done well. There are very few types of bread, and the side dishes are all cheap dishes, not even bacon. Not to mention the cooking series, if no one eats it today, take it out tomorrow, open the cage drawer, and cover it immediately. The only thing that can be eaten is the vegetable salad, which is still fresh. Boiled wontons and hand rolled noodles are also available. I used to stay at the Pullman Hotel in Anshan. After experiencing the Hilton Garden Inn this time, I immediately became a fan of Pullman. Will never change hotels at random again.
