酒店環境、位置、衞生、配套設施都很不錯，尤其是前台的接待引導禮貌熱情，但存在重大不足:一是房間內有陳設售價商品，問題是如何保證消費者權益，旅客進入房間前並不知悉房間內陳設有多少需要另行購買的商品，如果僅靠保潔口頭對數，難以保證消費者權益。要麼掃碼點單要麼使用封閉容器掃碼付款打開，要麼就不要陳設另行購買的商品在內。否則，因為保潔的清點不到位不及時，難道要我們為上一個顧客或者保潔的工作過失去承擔莫須有的消費買單？希望能夠引起店家重視及整改。本來解釋都不想解釋，令人生氣的點就在於，我們短住一晚，為了趕車落住一晚，女友且就在姨媽期，有房間內垃圾桶為證。何來的使用計生用品一説？用來吹氣球不成？從進入房間就未曾看到有此類商品陳設，直到早上退房，保潔告知前台客人用了計生用品，準備扣除按金。簡直莫名其妙，有辱斯文，這且不是扣錢的事情，對於人格權益的侵犯跟消費服務體驗的影響都是巨大的，我希望店家能夠從尊重消費者角度出發，對這一細節做出改善。謝謝！

They said that the guests had finished playing. There were 4-5 half salted duck eggs left. Before the time came, an older male waiter took them away. There was no variety in the breakfast. There were two fried eggs left. The waitress said alms, ”Then I'll give them to you.” The stir-fried dishes were all empty. You had to go to see what was left to eat. No one was full. There was no napkins on each table. You had to go to the front desk to get them yourself. The waiters were particularly reluctant. I have stayed in so many hotels. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not add food that I haven’t eaten...

The reception was very warm and we checked in. After checking in, I went to the gym. The bench press is rare in the hotel gym, but unfortunately there are only four 5kg barbells and three pairs of dumbbells, the heaviest of which is 10kg. It's a bit too showy. Fortunately, there is a gantry, but there are no more choices for the handles. I can only make do with it. The breakfast is quite rich, and the freshly ground coffee is a plus.

Nice stay and the staff makes a big difference. Elisa during the check-in and checkout process was super kind and very helpful not only with me but also with other customer. I will definitely stay here again.

The room is in a good location, next to Wuhu Park and Huangmei Assembly Hall. Not far from the river. The room may be slightly old because the decoration time is relatively long. The doll on the bedside has obvious stains. The bath water on the eighth floor is also relatively small.

酒店位置很好，交通很方便，工號015不錯.房間設施挺好的，非常乾淨整潔，東西都比較齊全.

離火車站不遠，打車到酒店，辦理入住後，酒店要求要交100元按金，下單時平台上並沒有要求按金（收按金的酒店要麼不正規要求有陷阱，要麼幫酒店刷流水），交流過程中來了個電，因接電話不方便交了按金，前台拒絕開按金收據，並大聲説住就住，不住就滾，有這樣的員工拉低了酒店形象，消費者會用腳投票
