I looked at all the BWI airport hotels carefully before booking, and decided that the Westin was probably the best. Now having stayed there I'm pretty sure I was right.
The place is clean and modern, with a spacious lobby and updated design in the rooms. The blackout curtains are some of the best I've ever seen: I woke up at 8:30am convinced it was still the middle of the night. The bathroom has a great shower, was clean and fully stocked with towels. Really everything I could have asked for.

Have stayed here many times over the years. It’s always clean, beds are always comfy. It’s a nice quiet location. The only negative I could say about this last stay was that the food quality for room service was not great. I ordered a pasta dinner that tasted like a freezer section microwave meal.

Beautiful comfortable amenity-filled great hotel, decor and room details and restaurant all excellent. Front desk staff: Superb! Greeted me, helped me, fast and most warmly and graciously. Gave full attention, listened, radiated 'Welcome, we are glad you are here!". Called down with question about the room, a lamp with a hard-to-find switch; another fine guest services person talked me through it and made it funny and another positive connection. And now my cool lamp is on. good to be here.

Stayed here during the recent storm as my flight was canceled. Great hotel. However the restaurant was not prepared for the storm. Couldn’t get a table, service or food to go. Even if you’re short staffed, don’t ignore me as I waited for 15 minutes.

Stayed here due to a cancelled flight. It was hard to find a hotel and I was afraid I would have to pay an enormous amount of money to stay here but I thought it was reasonable. This was a Monday night.

Not a good experience at all.
I can get past the older paint and spotty walls and carpet trim. Lobby was clean. Our room was not stocked with basic supplies literally one bar of hand soap. The shower gel was 1/4 full as well as the small bottle of lotion as it had not been swapped out after the last visitor. The bed had blood on the mattress piss stains on both the mattress and protector which shows that the mattress and protector had not been inspected in a while. Very disappointing for the Westin brand!! I informed the front desk that I was checking out early and explained the issues all the man(also night auditor) stated was oh ok. Then I mention how poor the customer service was and asked to speak with a manager he says she’s not available so you can email her… I will not stay at this hotel every again and I want a refund for the extra night that I pre paid but had to check out due to the horrrible condition of the room.
