The courtyard Hotel is high in location, cleaning, facilities and the service of staff. I recommend to everyone.

Definitely I will go again. A calm nature and friendly staff. Rooms are very classy and clean. Highly recommended. I think this suits more for business travels since it’s closed to the city center. I didn’t get a time for shopping but there is. Shopping center called ‘360’ near to the hotel.

It is a hotel that I would like to visit again as a hotel with the highest quality in every aspect of its price. The reception at the front desk, the cleanliness of the bedding in the room, and the cleanliness of the facilities in the room were very clean, which increased satisfaction. The drinks beach in the refrigerator, free water, amenities, and coffee were also good. The breakfast at the restaurant was neat, the bread tasted good, and compared to small hotels, it was deliciously prepared according to various essential types, and it will be memorable for a long time as the person in charge ate comfortably and deliciously at a beautiful restaurant that serves at a beautiful restaurant. During this trip, I visited two more places in Turkey, but the memory of this hotel remains more.

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy! The location of the hotel is good, next to the station, there are many restaurants. There is a parking lot, you need to swipe your parking card at the front desk when you go out. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the 3rd floor.

On arrival at the hostel we saw a sign that the settlement was possible from 8 a.m. We arrived at the hostel at 7 a.m., waited an hour. In 8.10 nobody opened the door, then a man went out, said he was here only resting, the administration is not yet, but soon should come. Waited for 15 minutes came the girl, began the settlement. Fast everything was arranged and carried out in the room. The room was small, inside was dirty, apparently the floor was soaped, but in the corners, under the bed and on the side and behind the bed, under the radiator no one washed or even washed dust and trash lay there. In the bath, the pelvic is black on the shelves, in the shower and in the corners. No towels and slippers, although when booking it was written that there was, the same with the phenomenon. The mixer on the shelves is broken, the water flows on the shelves on the sides and flows from somewhere from the bottom, the door of the shelves also hangs, there are no hooks for the towels. Bedding was also dirty washed, in some spots, slept in clothes. When we left in the evening, there was no one again on the respiratory. Waited for 15 minutes, walked the hostel looking for. No, left the keys on the table and left because we had the plane and had to go urgently. It's bad, I don't know where so many positive feedback came from. So all who live in the hostel are always walking around and yelling, or sitting in the street under the windows and they are heard as if they were talking in your ear. Very bad noise isolation, the door is thin and everyone can hear who walks past. There was a toilet common and there the door was closed only if it was strongly shut, every time it woke up.

It was a hotel we stayed one night on the road. The price is quite good for performance. It has a parking park, its room was clean, the ladles smell like. The air conditioning is quite good. They bring the breakfast themselves, if you have a different request, they do when you say. We were very happy. A hotel we will stay again in our next visit to Ankara.
