Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center Reviews

The hotel facilities are really well-maintained! From the front desk staff to the breakfast team, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. We drove ourselves, and as soon as we arrived, an employee arranged complimentary valet parking for us! The breakfast was also perfect for our Chinese palate! It’s a trustworthy, established hotel!

I had the most beautiful sleep in the king size bed. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and respectful. Thank you for a great stay,

It's a nice place, but not the best. The view from the 9th floor was not as expected. The carpet is obviously dirty. but overall it's fine

Just had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Ankara! 🌟 Visiting in December was a great idea. Our room was enormous, the bathroom was really cool, and the bed was super comfy ☁️. But the star of the show was the breakfast 🍳🥐—honestly the chicest and most delicious spread we’ve ever seen. Can't wait to return!

They have a wonderful hospitality team – you truly feel they are like a family, very well connected. This hotel was by far the best hotel in Ankara and I liked not only the location but also the facilities and services in general

Front desk was good, concierge and butlers were helpful. Generally OK, they live up to the chain’s reputation.

The location of the hotel, the atmosphere and the breakfast are excellent. I often go to Ankara and have stayed in the best hotels but the Sheraton is simply the most beautiful hotel of all!!! The lobby is unique! The view of the hotel from the outside alone speaks for itself!!! The hotel is right next to the city, around the hotel there are various restaurants and cafés of the finest kind!!! Many thanks to Murat Abi at the main entrance who always did my tie in the morning because I couldn't do it, I thought that was very very nice. Unfortunately, the negative thing this time was that our room wasn't cleaned one day even though we asked reception for it, but I think that can happen.

The room is clean and very European style. The breakfast is rich and has many varieties. It is convenient to travel, there are many restaurants around, and the lights at night are also very beautiful. It's just that the English at the front desk is not very good.

The breakfast was bad and lacking in content, unbecoming of such a hotel. At breakfast time, everywhere was dirty.
