I have traveled around the world and my stay at Sheraton Ankara was, for sure, one of my handful excellent experiences. The hotel was well maintained, really prime location in Ankara with immediate access to best restaurants, cafes, and shoppings. The city view from the room was beautiful. But above everything else, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby environment is very welcoming and beautiful, with a very nice bar at the center. I’d like to particularly thank Melek and Golsen who were extremely kind to me and my partner to host us at the bar. Staff and people always are the most important part of your experience when you stay somewhere, and Sheraton is certainly lucky to have people like them in their team.

We had an amazing experience at Lugal, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful in obtaining our luggage that was lost by the airline. The staff also made every effort to make sure our other needs were met. For example when we first arrived I had told Aysima that I was suffering from jet lag. She had the hotel bar make me a drink that was known to help with that. It was delicious. Also she had the hotel provide breakfast to go for our family when we had a very early morning flight to catch. The hotel staff provided a very large platter of fruit in the room the night before our flight. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. They always seemed to be smiling. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was wonderful. We really enjoyed the variety of coffee and tea provided in the rooms.Our whole family was very impressed with this hotel and with the people. We would definitely like to stay there again in the near future.

When I entered the hotel and settled down, he had no friends who had to accompany my room. I thought they did something similar because of the epidemic. Every time I call the reception, a friend named Mahmut answers and slaps me on the face (please teach the friend how to turn off the phone). When I want to take a shower at night, rusty water and long-running water are the last straw that breaks the glass. I made a call and calmly asked all of them to come to the reception desk. Why is this so? They told me that a political band came to me, so my working friends could not catch up. They cannot provide a clear explanation for the rusty water flow. Working in a five-star hotel in the city center is not a job. Is it necessary to take the team seriously? Or should I say that I am a bureaucratic kid? When I first came, I was the one who did his job. This is a shame. You lose a regular visitor every 2 weeks. Best wishes.

I stayed two nights, keep from the rooms to the bathroom until breakfast was clean. I definitely recommend the location already very good morning traffic can be very light. Calisans are helpful and professional. The gentleman who was looking for breakfast in the morning was very kind and helpful, but he was very kind and helpful. I'd rather come back if I would.

No information given, no bellboy offered, and when we entered the reception they didn't even ask or tell anything as i told them that we had reservation.So nothing asked like 'how can i help you?' In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this.Moreover,they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful.After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located,close to embassies and attractions,well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

It was a small room but very clean. Good for a short stay. The pictures are just like the room and the bathroom is minimalistic. The water is free and free shampoos/conditioner are not high quality but more than enough for one night. Our television didn’t work but the staff was so nice and helped me print some paperwork for free. The breakfast is a small area but actually had quite a variety of breads, small omelet station and fresh orange juice. The cheeses were yummy and the cookies were very scrumptious. I would definitely recommend the hotel, the only thing that was missing was a nice rug I the room... however, the slippers provided were a nice touch. Thank you staff at Hotel Cinnah for a nice stay in Ankara... it was so cold but I was able to turn on the heater .. tho it didn’t go high enough in my humble opinion... but the shower had great hot water and good pressure. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel...though probably not ideal for families.

The Aldino Residence is an appropriate place if you need to stay longer than usually. There are the rooms which are quite spacious, having an own kitchen, wash-machine. Our visit was in winter season, however, the room was very warm, specially, we would like to note their bathrooms that are quite vast and very comfortable. We didn't really feel that it was a room in one of ordinary hotels. The staff was very kind and attentive for each our request or question. In addition, the location of the hotel is convenient if you want to walk and observe the Ankara lifestyle.

Last winter we stayed with my mother for one week. Two women were a very quiet and comfortable accommodation. We chose Seven Deep again to stay with my wife and children last weekend. During the reservation, I remember how interesting, respectful and laughing the administration and staff were. They are much more than they are for cleaning, decoration, comfort and location. The work desk in the rooms is very ideal for accommodation for business. The family room with my family was elegant, useful and pleasant. I advise children. But the roofing floor could be risky for too many small children. The best-seller street and Tunisian Hilmi restaurant and a mobile, safe store for shopping. There is no need to seek alternatives to the proper budget accommodation except Seven Deep.
