I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. I am very satisfied and would love to come back if I have the chance.

We stayed for 6 nights .the best thing in this hotel is the greatest staff and two friendly and very helpful receptions, hotel is near a crowded highway but near nice restaurants and shopping malls. The room sizes could be bigger for a 5 star hotel. I liked the breakfast but it could be better. Unfortunately because of covid pandemic we couldn't use the pool and spa and Turkish bathroom. If you want to stay in ankara I strongly suggest you yo stay in metropolitan with those fantastic atmosphere and staff.

Wonderful hotel, convenient location (there are many cafes and shops nearby), clean, spacious room. I booked accommodation with breakfast, very tasty food. Responsive and friendly staff. I recommend!

We stayed with my family to take a break during our holiday journey. We had some reservations at first, but we had a simply perfect stay. We had our breakfast in front of Anıtkabir, the rooms were nice, the staff were all polite, I would like to thank the hotel manager Mehmet and all his employees.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the center of Ankara. Just outside is the downtown food street. There is a bus stop not far away. You can take a bus to the bus terminal. There are also 442 buses to the airport at this station. The nearest subway station is Ankara. It is a central subway interchange station in the city center, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The room is a bit small, but very clean and tidy. Although the hotel is not big, it is also equipped with a small elevator, which is really convenient. And the service staff are warm and friendly every day. Breakfast is relatively simple, but at this price and location, it's very cost-effective.

I stayed elsewhere all the time in Ankara. I stayed in your grandfather for the first time. Absolutely in full sense, the price performance hotel. I don't even bash more than the comfort and cleanness of the rooms. Even though there was nothing to talk about was very clean and comfortable. Workers are relevant and respectful. From the moment we entered the hotel, friendly and warm-hearted dear friends accompanied us to our room. When we entered the room, it was more comfortable and cleaner than many 5-star hotels, and the jacuzzi in the room was a really excellent activity for you to spend your time better. In general, we liked it. When we come to Ankara again, I will definitely choose this place. I will recommend it to my circle. We thank you for everything .

Hotel I like very much, very successful location, cafes, shops nearby. Metro is nearby. For Ankara, a decent breakfast. Only eggs are missing))). The room has everything you need. The bathroom has even a fan. Towns. All the ingredients of shampoo, gel, air conditioner. Slippers for shoes. Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e
