due to Covid-19 the gym and spa were closed, so I cannot comment on the hotel's facilities. Also, the buffet for breakfast were closed and they served breakfast in wrapped plates, Jambobs, cheese, jam, etc. It was OK but not great. The service was good. the receptionists could speak English fluently and they helped me to find my way around the city and made a copy of few documents that I needed. The wifi speed and availability in the whole hotel was great. also the safe in the room was big enough for my 16 inch laptop. Loved the shower as well. I had a nice view on 11th floor. In general, my stay was satisfactory.

It was the first hotel without hear and body shampoo that I ever been. During the check in my card was credited two times for a warranty that is unacceptable for the people that frequent this kind of hotel. I made the reclamation but nothing happened and my money are still in the hotel account. When you go out of the hotel main door you should look carefully to not be hit from the desordered cars in front of the hotel.

The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. The hotel is very good. Like in the middle of the city. You can reach everywhere soon. We were a little tired of the family because we came from the road. Our business was handled at the reception soon and we could go to our room immediately. The hotel has a different design than other hotels in classical style. It feels like at home. The beds and kitchens were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were quite clean. We needed the cotton immediately was supplied. We liked breakfast. Various. Don't worry Orange water is available. Most hotels get extra money for it. Workers ask you whether you have another request in the restaurant and get it to them immediately. The staff is very kind and kind. I think I found a good hotel to stay when I arrived in Ankara as a single and family.

Basically, they are all foreigners. They feel that they should be natives of the country. The breakfast is rich, but they are not used to eating. Everyone can't stand the cheese every day. The stay at this hotel was ok. Breakfast was very good. Great location, in the modern part of Ankara, with many restaurants around the corner and a mall. There were a couple of situations that may require improvement. First, the hotel has a very limited number of parking places, and they ask for your car key and will park the car for you. For me, this is always a bit inconvenient, especially because we were on a long road trip and had things in the car we might need, or not (but surely we were not willing to bring ‘everything’ to the room). On the second day, when we got to the hotel, I parked in a spot where I saw they parked the guest cars themselves. But still they asked me for the key! When I tried to understand why, a small discussion took place, a mixture of discomfort and language difficulties, and I still don’t understand why they wanted to have the key. Anyway... Maybe it’s their standard procedure. The topic which definitely needs improvement is the early breakfast pack. My wife needed to catch a flight at 5 AM, and we all know what this means: getting something to eat at very early hours. Of course the reception staff offered to organize “breakfast packs” and bring them to the room. But there was no list to chose from. They mentioned the packs were standard, without options. When we got them, we were disappointed. If I remember well, each pack had 1 sandwich, 1 apple, 1 juice and 1 water bottle (!). Not the standard I expected from a Mövenpick. I suggest you have a short list of items, allowing guests to customize their packs a bit. Last year, we had a similar situation at Mövenpick Amman (Jordan), and the breakfast pack was much better. Of course, in both hotels, there was a coffee machine in the room.

The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is full, the fruit is fresh and there are good cherries. The hotel staff is friendly and English is fluent. Also helped us upgrade to a suite, and will stay again next time. Eating around, shopping is convenient, arrive in five minutes. A true American hotel, several times better than the same hotel we stayed in in Istanbul.
