There are sockets at the head of the bed in the room, but the tables and chairs are still relatively old. The bedding is OK, moderately soft and hard, and the sound insulation is not very good. Someone talking in the corridor can be heard clearly. The overall environment of the hotel is OK, and it feels that there are not many service staff. What I am most dissatisfied with this hotel is the supplies. Even if you advocate saving, this is too economical. You have to pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs in the lobby, and then there is nothing else in the room except shampoo and bath. There are two bottles of water and one roll of toilet paper in the room for three people. I called several times when I arrived, and I was embarrassed. There is no hand soap, only two large and one small slippers, and they have to be delivered. There is no body lotion... The experience went down... I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first one with so few supplies. Although the aunt is very enthusiastic, what else do you want? Then the welcome fruit is just an orange and a few biscuits... I have also stayed in hotels in Huzhou, and it doesn't seem to be like this. I thought breakfast could add some points, and then it was just average. Anyway, I won't stay next time.

Although we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

The hotel has few parking spaces. If you encounter holidays, it is best to go early. Parking spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. Because it includes two days of Hello Kitty tickets, you can apply for face recognition in advance, and you can go to play at the front desk after storing your luggage. You can enter and exit the park at will for two days, which is very convenient. You can enter at 9:50 and almost don't have to queue. There were fewer people on the 1st. During the parade, there were few people queuing for the rides, and you didn't have to queue too early for the show. There were more people on the 2nd. People started queuing an hour before the show, which was too competitive. The breakfast was okay. There were fewer people when you went early, and the hygiene was okay.

A very cozy garden cottage. As soon as you enter, you will feel like Alice in Wonderland. The garden of the B&B is so beautiful. Sisters, please remember to bring beautiful skirts when you come to stay. It is very photogenic. The rooms of the B&B are very clean. The room we stayed in has a small balcony. It is very pleasant to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening. The restaurant here is also amazing. If you stay, I highly recommend eating here! The farmhouse dishes look simple, but the taste is not ambiguous at all, fresh and delicious. The B&B is very large, and you can also have barbecue camping for group building. It is also suitable for teams or three or five friends to spend a weekend together!
