Very good hotel apartment. I brought my children here for the winter vacation. I can cook my own meals. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. Parking is convenient and the surrounding environment is safe. I recommend staying here.

We just got back from taking our kids on a couple nights away trip and I must say the rooms are Clean and the AC worked very well . Grab and Go Breakfast was decent and everyone found something. Lots of Games Outside and pool is small but kids didn't mind . Staff was always helpful. I had to go down to front desk and purchase a couple of things and while I was waiting my turn this woman was screaming at the girl behind the counter it was awful to witness this type of behavior but she was very rude even outside with other guest . After the crazy lady Ieft I spoke to the young Lady working and told her she was extremely professional and should not have been treated that way . She thanked me and helped me with whatever I needed the entire stay . Rebecca this Company is so lucky to have you . You were so Helpful with not only my family but with any Guest that needed something. When Rebecca's shift was over another young lady Shirley came on and she again was Helpful , always greeted us with a smile. Bravo sonesta you have quite the Staff . Thank you Girls so much for making our trip Amazing . We will be back soon !

Very quiet, large area facilities are also complete, refrigerator TV cabinets, etc., breakfast is relatively good! Clean and tidy! It is the best one to live in the United States for more than 10 days! The price is not bad!

I was very unimpressed with this hotel. Lobby has lots of nice seating and room for meetings, but it seems they do not plan on reopening their in-house cafe, and with NOTHING close by, it means zero options for food. Their breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and boxed, preservative-filled pastries. The hotel sits within a mostly-empty office park, and is bordered by a river on one side and a highway on the other - nothing is available to walk to and the delivery options are limited. You will need a rental car. There is no hot tub, and the pool was closed for no specific reason. My room had a broken light switch, broken deadbolt, rusty patches in the bathtub, and it was stuck in shower-position, which made it difficult to fill a bath. And I was erroneously charged for two separate (expensive) snack items from the limited hotel shop. Next time I will choose a hotel closer to shops and restaurants that has more to offer.

We were only staying one night so this is the type of hotel we like. Plus, being Marriott Bonvoy members, we were given a room on a high floor away from the elevator. Yay. Check-in was seamless. We were in our suite style room in minutes. I like the expanded space this hotel offers with a desk/kitchenette area separate from the sleeping area. Our room looked out over the wooded area at the back of the hotel but given this hotel's location at the end of the road, I don't think there would be much noise either way. The breakfast area was a little crowded by the way the food is set up in an alcove. But nothing that can't be overcome with a little patience. They offered the standard far of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and waffles. Given our limited time, this was the perfect stop. Would be happy to return.

Bottom line: I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It’s not great but also not terrible. I would stay again if it was only for a couple of days and it was less then $120/night. Some observations: The bed was old and squeaky. It was comfortable enough though. The pillows were of standard comfort for a hotel of this level. The tv cable system was utterly outdated. There was no guide function or even a paper that shows the stations and channel numbers. So you have to flip through channels one by one and changing a channel takes about 5 seconds to load. The decor and furniture was outdated but relatively clean. Some people on here mentioned that you should get a room close to the elevators if you don’t want to walk too much. But there are other entries all around the building that are locked. You need to insert your room keycard to unlock those doors. The problem though was that those outdoor card reader didn’t work about 70% of time. The buses: Apparently this is a very popular hotel for bus drivers. Tour buses are constantly parked all around the parking lot. It didn’t cause any real problems since the parking was so plentiful. However, having the buses constantly idling in the parking lot and coming and going all day long, it sometimes felt like I was staying at a bus station. The hotel is only a couple hundred yards from I-95. This caused some road noise at night. The solution to this problem is to turn on the Constant Fan feature on the AC as a sort of white noise (it’s not on the wall thermostat; rather you have to lift the lid of the actual AC to turn on this feature). The walls are thin. You can hear every time any neighbors flush the toilet, which was not particularly pleasant. The housekeeping was outstanding. It was provided every day, which was a pleasant surprise seeing as many hotels still only provide it every few days. They were very thorough in their cleaning and really did a tremendous job each day.

Service and Amenities section would have scored “5” if there was an iron in the room. The ironing board was present. Location is tricky because you learn from listening to Directions that you must drive through a plaza and pass a Planet Fitness, then take a right turn. Some signage to Property would be helpful. Otherwise, I had a great stay, and will go again.
