Wonderful, I loved everything very much, the truth is that I do recommend it.

Lovely guest room with modern design but the is a big problem with the windows. Can’t sleep well because the window shatters made a lot noise by wind in the night. The hotel management should do something to fix the problems.

I felt good when I checked in for the first time, so I booked a second time. The experience was very bad because I had to fill in more passenger information. You have to know how cumbersome the process is for travelers to return exhausted and fill out 3-5 pages of information again, and the service staff will not help you. But at night, the subways and trains passing by are very noisy, which is a bit overwhelming. Service: Check-in and check-out are all self-service, and there is basically no service. One night, the fire alarm was called. The alarm sound was not in English. I didn’t know what was going on at first. Later, I was so scared that we climbed the stairs from more than ten floors up. When we got to the first floor, we asked and found out that it was caused by someone smoking. The alarm sounded, but luckily it was a false alarm.

The location of the hotel is very good, 3 minutes from the subway station. The room is very smart. Although the cooling effect of the air conditioner is not very obvious, the front desk enthusiastically provided a fan (it felt colder than the air conditioner). It is still highly recommended!
