Everything was very good , the rooms were big and tidy , the breakfast was very good and with many food options. The staff is very friendly and helpful .

Location was close drive to the beach and the hotel provides parking. With a hire car, it was easy drive to Lisbon too. We had a short weekend trip and staff were unable to clean our room, and when we requested housekeeping, they suggested we said no to staff when they tried to clean, despite being out all day and not meeting housekeeping. Housekeeping then arrived in frustration. Bar staff downstairs were also not so welcoming to our family, rushing us to order when we were the only people there. The spa was often full of children so was not as relaxing as it could be. Very unique decoration and stunning outdoor pool!

the customer service was very good very limited common areas very good breakfast the room does not have a coffee maker for tea the SPA is weak - it only has a Turkish bath and hydromassage in the pool

A dark hotel, very dark, but it's the decoration that makes it so! You should know that the establishment is located quite far from Lisbon. On the other hand, it is right next to a forest and in a rather residential area. The rooms are quite impersonal. The TV mirror is quite small compared to the volume of the room which is quite honest. The lighting is not very well reflected. The staff is helpful but there is no soul or heart. The breakfast is plentiful and appetizing. The free parking is very nice. The rooms on the street side need to be reviewed in terms of sound insulation.

Evidencia Belverde was the perfect vibe outside the city and near beautiful beaches and vineyards. We loved the hospitality and attitude of the hotel.

Staff were really good allowing me to train, using the gym at night. Gym small, but machines and dumbbells need to be upgraded really soon, it makes the hotel look less when all is so good. But they must have a gym! Beds a bit too high for my elderly mother to get on. There should be a parking space for disable people at the front of the hotel. All other spaces were full. Breakfast really good. All in all, I will be coming back again. Thank you all.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, big bedroom. I had a salad in the bar that I did not like it. Restaurant was closed..Hotel is 30 min driving from City center. It is an good option with you are traveling and need a quick stop.

Nice, but a 4-star? Not sure it’s up to the grade! Buffet breakfast- awesome. Pool good but crowded- not enough loungers for the number of guests. Rooms nice but dark. No coffee or tea in the rooms, ok but not great.

Staff at the reception avoids making eye contact with guest as though to avoid having to work more than they have to. The shower handle broke right off while showering. There was no way to turn it from scorching hot to luke warm until they can to fix it. The cost of food and drinks at the bar were ridiculously expensive. There is no one at the front to help with your luggage, and even if the people working the reception desk see you struggling with your luggage they simply watch you struggle with it. This place is nice but the staff working the front desk should all be fired for being the laziest people I have ever seen working the reception desk. Also, the additional 5 euros per person per day to use the pool is ridiculous.

Lovely and attentive staff. Comfy and spacious room (looking out onto the pool side). Great breakfast buffet. Had room service when we arrived which was great and first breakfast in room. Massage at the spa was incredible. Right next to Lidl for snacks. Good location for Ubering into the city or the beach. Pool in March was freezing though (but there is the spa pool anyway).

Nice stay, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Easy parking. The only thing I´ve missed a bit is a coffee machine in the room.
