Loved the place I don't think that's a family hotel I rated more an adult hotel...its very intimate place I will come back

Generally hotel is good , only the aircon suddenly at the night time was not working, so we need to open the door for sleep which was very hot. And the reception was not really welcome and not friendly.

Amazing service like always

The hotel has a beautiful interior, very well decorated and with a modern and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and pleasant; however, it's worth mentioning that the two single beds pushed together, even with a mattress protector, don't offer the expected comfort. With use, the beds end up separating, creating an uncomfortable space between them, which impairs sleep quality. Another important point is access to the spa. Although it's a service paid for separately, even for guests, access isn't always possible, as it depends on availability. The spa offering is also limited: it essentially consists of a very small indoor pool for the number of hotel rooms and a Turkish bath that isn't of the best quality. This ultimately makes the experience fall short of expectations for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has potential and impeccable aesthetics, but there are aspects of comfort and service management, especially regarding the spa, that need improvement to fully justify the stay.

Comfortable rooms, welcoming and intimate atmosphere, large and comfortable beds. Everything was great.

A quiet, very comfortable, and pleasant hotel with excellent decor and spacious rooms. Good restaurant and good breakfasts. One of the best hotel pools I've seen, and although small, it's enough to cool off and spend the day. The only thing missing is a larger garden area for strolling. It's a 10-minute drive from the best beaches in Costa d'Caperica and excellent restaurants of all kinds. The staff is very helpful at all times.

The room was fine, clean, and the spaces have a very pleasant scent very friendly breakfast was simple but everything was there, tasty pasta del nata the indoor pool was a paid item, as I had expected it to be included in the price, so I wonder what about the outdoor pool the spa was very disappointing, just a cold pool where you couldn't swim, partly a jacuzzi but with cold bubbles, not pleasant - no bar at the spa - no music (ambiance) sauna ok - but far too little to call a spa - couldn't book a massage because they don't have staff for it (four-star hotel??) restaurant: too expensive for the meal and you get very little - sauces and mashed potatoes from powder - service could definitely be better: only received aperitif after asking three times and with the main course, had to ask for drinks multiple times and always too late.

I went to the hotel with my mother to spend the weekend of her birthday and we loved it. The facilities and rooms are well decorated and the staff are very friendly. The outdoor area is very pleasant. The breakfast is very varied, however we went with half board which included dinner, giving only one option of fish or meat on the menu, leaving the guest's choice limited. In any case, the overall evaluation is very positive, and for that reason I intend to repeat the experience.
