We stayed one night and picked it as we knew we would have to leave at 5am and get to the airport so thought we’d pick a big brand for ease of transfer. And then found out they charged 40JOD for a transfer so ended up getting an Uber at 05:00am for 18JOD instead. So really we could have picked something more central. Check in staff are fine, although we booked and paid for a king size non smoking and they didn’t have any so we had to have a twin instead. Room was clean and everything looked new but also really dated - e.g. I don’t think a 5 star hotel should have shower curtains (it was spotless but it’s still dated). It was quite a quiet room which was good and the aircon worked well. The bed was really comfy. The pool area is old sun loungers and loud music, the two outdoor jacuzzis are nice

Regis Amman last year and it was new and the staff were still not very professional, BUT let me tell you about my current stay, ”I LOVE MY STAY AND I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN”, my friend and i arrived last night, we booked a room and got an upgrade, the staff are very professional and friendly and despite the face masks you can tell they are smiling, room service and house keeping are great we love the way they cleaned our room and the services they offered since we arrived.. thank you st. Regis this is exactly how moving to next level looks like.. all the love in the world for making our stay memorable 💖

I had the good fortune of selecting this property for an eight-night business trip to Amman, and from the time of check-in to the last step out the front door on my way to the airport, my experience was wonderful. Though all staff whom I interacted with were excellent in every way, I must thank in particular Haya, Tania and Saed and the front desk team, Gimaima and her colleagues in Housekeeping, Amanda and the other staff in Mosaic, and Mahalia and Ahmed and everyone else at Toscana. To be sure, when I return to Amman, I look forward to spending time at this property and with these folks.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay. Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

The location of the hotel is good, although it is under construction on the side of the main street, it can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Old-fashioned hotel, although the hardware is a bit old, but it can still meet the normal clean and tidy needs. Room service was quick to respond and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Hotel personnel and vehicles have to go through security checks when entering, so it is very safe. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants around. Overall it is worth recommending.

The rooms were spotless and spacious with hot showers. Well located at around a 5 minute walk to Galleria Mall. Offers a good airport shuttle service. Our only gripe was with the way in which our check in was handled. We booked in advance and were told to cancel this booking when we arrived as they offered a better rate (around 3JD cheaper). Despite telling the man on reception that we would prefer to proceed so as to not incur cancellation fees he advised us to cancel and took my phone to cancel the booking himself. We were due to incur fees and had to argue hard with the travel company to avoid this. Better to stick with your original booking! Also, we booked another night whilst there for a week later and upon arrival the second time the room we’d booked was not available and only a more expensive one was an option. Poor reception service but the rooms/location were great.

The store service is good, English communication is no problem, but maybe the English level of people is also general, so you can't worry when communicating, take your time. The room is one bedroom and one living room, there is a place to cook, but I am useless. I don't know if the store forgot or what happened when I checked in. There was no towel in the room. I asked him to get it alone. Note: hotels in the Middle East generally do not provide disposable toiletries, it is best to bring your own. There are supermarkets around the hotel, it is convenient to take a taxi, it is also close to jettbus office, and it is not far from the bus. Overall it is a good value for money hotel.
