Front desk personnel: Tiona and Courtney were great! Room was clean and comfortable! Shower needs to be replaced! Not on the beach, about one block away. Very good breakfast. I would stay there again.

For being in a good location with a reasonable price, we were expecting some flaws... surprise surprise, we found everything spotless and the crew helpful and friendly. Already recommended it to a couple of friends.

Rooms were adequate. A little dated but mostly clean. Enjoyed the stay overall. Location was convenient to beach, restaurants and bars. Close to Fernandina shopping and marina. They charge a resort fee of $36.00 per night which offers wagons, beach chairs and bicycles for free. Hot tub and pool were clean. Moderate breakfast of bagels, cereal, yogart, juice, coffee and muffins Overall good experience... mini vacation. i was alone and felt safe.

Breakfast is a muffin and coffee or tea to go , cleaning people very kind bar was very loud wasn’t worth the free drink basically the bartender was the loud one , nice pool area , with hammock , a lot of areas under construction but room was clean receptionist was very kind and so much free stuff ie;bikes drinks coupon for free app at local restaurants close to the beach

The pros for this hotel were that it had good parking, the price was cheaper than others in the area and they had onsite beach rentals. The cons were that the hotel was supposed to have been renovated but it was very shoddily put together and the room was very filthy. There were balls of pet hair under the bed, visible mildew growing on the bathroom grout, stains on the couch, scum all around the faucet and red powder/rust behind the bathroom door. The linoleum floors were peeling, the blackout curtains were dated and didn’t adequately block out the street lights and the walls were very thin. Any and all noises could be heard from the room (foot steps, conversations, and neighboring rooms). After hotel/amenity fees, the price wasn’t that much less than other hotels so would recommend shelling out more for a better experience.

This hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants. There is a very nice pizza place right on the property you could park your car and not get back in it until you leave. The beach is a block and a half away. You can hear the waves crashing at night outside your hotel door. The peds were comfortable the breakfast they served was good. We ate dinner at sliders Seaside Grill, and it was delicious. As an FYI, there are not coffee pots in the room and I was not aware that they would charge me $10 for the overnight parking fee. But as close it is to the beach $10 is not much I just wasn’t aware

The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable The bathroom needed a good cleaning. There was an extra fee for parking and room service was available only upon request.

Rate was good but this property is in need of a full update as it is tired. Cleaning staff does a wonderful job & the linens are clean but you can only do so much in an older property that has not been renovated.

This is an older motel. Clean rooms but dated. Their site didn’t say anything about their remodeling. Their site said they had a breakfast buffet but it was only cold cereal and muffins. Staff were very nice. Price was good but the $25 resort fee was for nothing. Pictures did match the room age.

The room was older but ok. However, we stayed 2 nights and no maid came the 2nd day to make the bed or replace linens. No extra blankets and no extra towels in the room. We went for breakfast and the only thing available were prepackaged muffins. We asked at the front desk and were told that they were going to close the lobby breakfast area on the 1st as they had gotten bought out by Hilton and would be going through major renovations.

Very good hotel for a quick over-night stay during a longer trip. Awesome pizza parlor next door and only a block from the ocean. Only downer is that there is no elevator.

Our room was very run down. In general the room appeared dirty. There was very little lighting.

Hotel was older but has been updated Staff at night did not seem to know anything whenever we asked . For the price it was ok .
