The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with variety of food choice. The location was very good,most of the sightseeing spots were within walking distance.

I chose this hotel because of its great location, reviews of its helpful staff and its value for money. They succeeded on all levels. Rooms are basic, but everything is clean and works. The upgraded me to a Deluxe King on my second visit which was nice. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the restaurant/bar is open all day with a good variety. Of local and western dishes. The shiny new metro is a one block walk. The Super Magnum Grocery store is 5 blocks. No mater what request I made of the front desk staff, they came through. I needed to find a taxi driver for a 6-hour one-way cross-border trip to Kyrgyzstan, and they came through. I was very impressed, and thankful.

On the morning of July 28, 2022, at 08:44, I called the reception desk at +77272922297 and asked for availability. They answered that there are places. I asked the price for half a day. They answered that 13 thousand. I arrived and they said that there was only a luxury room at a price of 16 thousand. I agreed. They made a photocopy of my ID and showed me the QR code, I paid 16 thousand. Then the reception took a long time to call someone and they said that there were no places. This is such a wild story. By the way, the hotel does not have parking and it is impossible to park a car at the hotel; besides, there is no parking nearby. Irresponsible attitude towards clients.
