Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Our family recently enjoyed a day trip to Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a planned family get-together, thanks in part to Mr. Praveen Chaudhary's assistance. The friendly staff warmly greeted us, and Mr. Praveen ensured our day went smoothly. We loved the buggy ride showcasing the beautiful resort and the private dining space arranged for our relative's birthday, complete with welcome drinks and a beautiful cake. We booked side-by-side rooms with stunning lake views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The included lunch buffet offered a delicious and diverse spread. We highly recommend Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

It was a nice experience. It was a business trip with 50 plus members. All enjoyed the property well. Services also awesome. Resort having a good ambiance. Rooms also good. Food services also great and the support from staff is also remarkable one.

I don't recommend staying there. The service is horrible, the cleaning at a low level. The most disappointing thing was that money disappeared from multiple safes in the rooms of our group. The ***agement of the hotel didn't care at all about this situation.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed with in South India. The spa is very good and the area is very picturesque. The rooms are clean and very tidy, the facilities and good and the staff are very helpful. Shahini on the front desk was very helpful.

The rooms are tired and need of repair. There is some mould in the cupboard and paper has been placed over it to cover. The bathroom was not very clean and the toilet seat was wonky, this was relayed to reception and they were unable to do anything about it and this was rather disappointing . The walls in the room are stained and furniture is chipped, not making it feel like a comforting stay. Despite this being mentioned, the reception team were not too concerned. Dinner was fine, nothing that stands out to out this resort apart from any other place. Salon and other facilities are somewhat lack lustre, salon is closed and doesn’t open, a shop on the resort, also closed with no items. The website sells the resort to be lively and very active but it is in fact quite dull. Swimming pool area again is nice and could be fantastic if there was an attempt to keep the sun loungers in a good condition. Overall, the experience is ruined by the lack of care and cleanliness. Would not visit again.

Not happy that they place refuse to take responsabile for their staff when one one my friends money was taken from their room and would not reimbuŕse the loss. They were given the whole information on what had happened and that the roomwas looked so only staff could have had access to the room
