This hotel don’t have own registry counter, need to go neighboring hotel for registration as well don’t have any service and you need carry the luggage to 3rd level because don’t have any lift service. The location is good just walking distance to Alisan train station and all the restaurants at town. The room is small and consider clean but the toilet pipe are leak but don’t affect the hot water supply.

不知所謂的賓館！🤬🤬🤬「別墅」？「別睡」就真！沒服務、態度差、沒冷氣、沒電梯、沒前台，要找人幫忙還要跑去旁邊高山青大酒店！雙人床只提供兩個枕頭，加枕頭要另外收費！樓梯走廊都不亮燈、隨音之差，隔著間房的牆，都可以輕易清晰跟鄰房對答、浴室內有一陣水渠臭味、每天8am-4pm，沒洗澡熱水供應、只要晚一點點洗澡，供應的熱水都只可以微暖！房間還要收我們差不多一千港元一晚，房間還要極小、感覺不乾淨；我們之前一晚在嘉義HKD350的房間比此賓館好得多！簡直是極品！Trip.com一定要我們打分，否則真的想給「0」分！有朋友去阿里山，都一定會警告他們，一定不要住這裡！🤬🤬🤬🤬

とてもキレイ！とは言えないですが、泊まるのに問題はないレベルのホテルです。部屋は清潔にはされていますが廊下や階段の掃除が行き届いていない印象がありました。。
受付は無人で、隣の高山青大飯店でチェックインするようです。注意書きが英語で表示されていましたが、見つけられずにしばらく待っていました。。
駐車場は近辺の宿泊施設共通で無料で利用できます。阿里山駅にとても近いのでそこは最高です。
朝食は近くの玉山圓レストランのバイキングでしたが、品数が少なめで味も食べられなくはないレベルの内容でした。
チャプチェ、スクランブルエッグ風のおかず、八角風味の大根と豆腐の煮物のようなもの、塩素臭い筍のソテー、きゅうりのキューちゃん、ピリ辛たくあん、カフェオレ風味の蒸しパンのようなもの、白粥、ゴハンなど。。。
ドリンクはカフェオレと豆乳のみでした。
テーブルも掃除が間に合っておらず、あまりきれいではない状態。
付近にセブンイレブンがあるので朝食はつけなくてもいいかもしれません。

チェックインした夜シャワーを浴びようと思ったら温水にならず温いお湯で残念だった。朝はしっかり熱いお湯が出たが何でだったんだろ？それとチェックインの時はフロントに誰もいなく外にいた人に聞いたら、隣のホテルと一緒らしく何も書いてないのでわかりずらかったです。除湿機が有って助かりましたが除湿機の水が満水で電源が入らなかったので水を捨てて使えるようにしました。部屋の掃除のときチェックするといいですね。
