So bad! The Air Condition in the bedroom had an E6 error code- not working. I notified the management and they said they would look into it. They ****ed me around for 2 days of 4. First they asked for the brand name of A/C unit, then they asked me to disconnect the A/C for 1/2 hour. Seriously? I have to troubleshoot their A/C? So after I bothered them more they said they couldn't get a repair tech because they were all booked up because of the heat wave. I asked the management since the technicians thought it was too hot to work did they think it was ok for me to sleep in that same heat wave without any A/C for 4 days? So then I called ********** and chatted with "Majd"who offered a crappy $70 coupon as compensation for 4 days of no A/C and they would not find me another hotel for any amount. The temp outside was 42 celcius and the bedroom was 32 degrees celcius. We sweated all 4 nights. The other A/C unit was pulsating and could not work well enough to cool entire area. I called American Express to complain and got a refund. Upon checkout the owner who was giving me the run-around said the previous guest burned out an circuit board. They knew all along the A/C was not working and were ****ing me around the 4 days I had my family and child. The tv in bedroom also was not working.
