Réservation annulée sans information. Finalement chambre pour une nuit uniquement (au lieu de 2 ) attribuée avec éléments de douche manquants, savon déjà utilisé et fenêtre qui ferme mal. Petit déjeuner correct mais les tables non débarrassées au fur et mesure et vous vous retrouvez dans une table avec des assiettes et couverts sales des autres clients. Pas de réassort du chaud au petit déjeuner, à 8h30-9h

L'établissement est particulièrement sublime et le personnel d'un dévouement exemplaire. pour ma part, c'est un excellent établissement.

Très belle experience dans cette hotel avec surclassement gratuit, très bon accueil à l'arrivée, grande gentillesse du personnel, chambre très propre, mention spéciale à Mondher à l'accueil qui a été très serviable et nous à donné tous les renseignements possible pour que notre voyage se passe au mieux

Horrible experience. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The internet connection is horrible and that even affects making payments witth the credit card. Besides that, the hotel claims that they have a 24/7 shuttle service, which is not true. Because of that I had to leave the hotel 8 hours prior to my flight and they didn't mention that the taxi only accepted their local currency, The hotel staff doesn not trust the customers and forces you to pay for meals before you have them, they don't let the meals be charged to the room number. The hotel cleanliness is subpar by even the most lenient standards. The bathroom floor was so dusty that the white rug became brown as soon as it got wet.

When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or ******* description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing.

I made payment for all charges through the trip.com app. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I had to pay additional taxes, which was around 500 dinars per day. I did not understand the reason for these fees.
