Bellevue Lagomonte

Nice hotel and clean but the food had me bad had to eat out most days, house keeping stole from me and hotel did nothing plus house keeping scared my friend stood at bottom of her bed with clip board in hand shaking her feet to wake her up so they could clean room even tho the do not disturb sign was on door. then there was a drunken man banging on all the doors because he couldn't find his room he ended up falling threw the fire escape apart from that the tui lasses were nice and friendly

Hotel is very clean and the service is excellent. They say 3 star but the all inclusive food I rate as excellent. Great choice everyday something different. Really could not fault it. VFM brilliant. The island pool and snack bar a really good addition. Also free shuttle bus to beach and a 5 min walk to some nice bars and restaurants on the river.

We stayed at Lagomonte from 5th-15th May. Family of 5 adults and a 2 year old. This is an honest review, and will hopefully put your mind at ease. Room - Rooms are basic, but very clean with enough space for a family of 3. We were on the fourth floor, non pool view slightly nervous with a 2 year old, if we ever go back I'd request a lower floor. Walls extremely thin, you could hear your neighbors snoring. Good amount of storage, and rooms were equipped with hand soap, body wash, hair dryer (was ok) and 2 pool towels. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard daily, beds changed once per our 10 night stay. Beds were surprisingly comfy for a 3 star, memory foam and sunk right in. Air-con was good too. We had an incident on our second night with drunken people arguing, and knocking our door, but the staff were excellent and sorted it out quickly. Be mindful if your staying on the 4th floor, the fire exit door is broken and opens very easily. This made us nervous with our toddler. Food - Was good, no issues from us, it was different daily and had a lot of variety. Tuesday nights were our favorite, taco night, the food was excellent. No dairy free milk at the hotel (Almond and Oat). Lots of fish, chicken and pork served. Excellent salad options. Great options for kids every night, pizza, nuggets, pasta and chips. At breakfast pancakes are fresh and you can have an omelet made too. Drinks were good, cocktails made behind the bar and not out of the machine. We made our way through the list and they were all great. Staff - Fantastic staff at this hotel, they were all friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The two girls working on entertainment were excellent and so kind to our toddler. A special mention to Fernando who drove the shuttle to the beach, he helped me out with the pram when it was heavy, and was again very kind to us and my toddler. Thank you. Pool - Main pool is very cold, but ok when your in. Kids pool was a warmer temperature, and always full, the kids never had a problem with the temp. Inflatables and squirt guns allowed in the pool. Pool towels provided by the hotel. Didn't have any issue getting a sunbed with shade. Sunbeds at the near end of the kids pool were extremely hard and uncomfortable, look for the others by the toilets and they were better. Pool are was cleaned every night. Pool toilets all had with baby changing. We didn't go to the island because of the mosquitos, but that's where you need to go if you wanted a snack. Make sure you take your bug spray with you as we all had a few bites. Pool bar was great, and the staff worked hard to make sure the pool area was always clean. Lifeguards very friendly too. Beach - You have a daily free shuttle to the beach which takes about 5 mins. The bus seats about 6 people, with room in the back for prams, carry on luggage. If your walking, its a flat 25 minute walk, with shops along the way. The beach was always windy, which wasn't usually an issue except for the colder days, you'

Brilliant hotel, just arrived home after a 5 day stay with my 2 teenage children. We had a fantastic time. Food is great, alot of choice for all 3 meals. Constant flow of drinks 24 hours a day, I don't drink alcohol but the softies and hot drinks you can have anytime. The staff are all amazing and work very hard, the entertainment was also very good. Don't believe all the bad reviews, people want 5* when booking a 3 star. Rooms are fine too, basic but for sleeping and washing in they are more than adequate! Hotel is always very clean, staff clean away dirty glasses almost as soon as you took your last sip lol. Would defo visit again.

Well for the price the hotel is OK ... but after arriving we were greeted by a room that had dirty bedding ... after speaking to staff we were swiftly moved to another room. Food is not good .. pork , pork and more pork .. poorly cooked food .. everything tastes the same . Staff are friendly & happy to help . Oh and the mattresses are comfy. Wouldn't stay again though 2/10

We love it here we have just had 11 nights here and the staff are friendly and go out thier way to help you and make you welcome. Max, Amelie and Merit the entertainment staff are amazing they to a fantastic job and work really hard to keep the kids and the adults happy my boys loved them all and even the the life guard Victorwent out his way to make my boys feel at ease. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the pool is clean. The food is lovely and a good selection to choose from this is our 2nd time here and we are booking for next year. The only thing I would say if you don't like noise of kids then go somewhere else as it's a family hotel. Thankyou lagomonte see you next year.

Have nothing negative to say for the price I paid. Lovely place and well done to the staff . Came on my own for a getaway and gather my thoughts. Wish I didn't have to leave

Cheap hotel with a big presence. The food is awesome, the staff are excellent. The rooms are very basic but it’s cheap. Can’t expect much more for what you pay. The location is great, away from the hussle and bus ale but close enough to be a part of it if you want. They have a beach shuttle but we have never used it, we walked the 800 or so metres. The kids entertainment staff are brilliant, all throughout the day until 2200 they have something for them to do. Would I come back, No contradictory to the review I have left but it’s mainly aimed for family’s and this will be our last one due to the kids getting older. However when/if we have grandkids I will be back. I love alcudia, the location, the weather and the cheapness of the area. Always something to do.

came here for 2 weeks with my partner and 2 kids. When we arrived it was very hotel and the que to check in was very long. It was a long journey and we was told we had to pay a €120 fee which we didn’t know so struggled too as my bank card wasn’t working in their machine so had to lift it out. The food was very basic and not much there. They did different ’themes’ but it was all the same things and left like they just mixed it around a little and used different spices. The mosquitoes attacked at the outside entertainment bit very badly left and there wasn’t anything there to control it. The hotel room wasn’t the best. It had broken lights and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. The hotel key as well wouldn’t work most times and we had to change it at reception a few times.
