We chose this site to be close to the Park del Café and Panaca. The set is composed of 5 houses/hotels of a small size. It is located near the road but no noise of traffic is heard. This hotel is amazing. It has security gate checking all guest. It’s a indoor outdoor hotel with several bars, a great pool, oversized chest boards, restaurants and overall amazing grounds. The food is amazing the overall food no matter the meals is delicious. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are top notch however some guest can be rude and loud after hours so I’m happy the hotel was willing to shutdown the loud party but only by request so TBD. They also do not have a large English speaking staff so Google translate is a must. This is far from downtown Pereira but very affordable in a taxi. I’d stay there again recommend getting a room with a view of the the poolside. It's a pleasure to get to the tail every opportunity and feel the staff of the fronk desk warm welcome, a rich tin, at this time I couldn't stay for what I was going through but always super careful, I couldn't leave this care without taking something rich in Sorama and with this impressive view in the night from floor 11, my hotel preferred in the nightclub ....😃👌🧔🏻💫

Great hotel, stayed several times, checkin always slow, but they get there, but very helpful with bags and room and help with anything else, lobby is nice with cafe/bar adjacent to lobby, lovely barrista. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable, very clean, bathrooms also very clean, WiFi is pretty good too. Maid service excellent and friendly. Restaurant on 3rd floor always has nice food, breakfast is also very good. There is also a rooftop bar and pool that you can eat at. Pool and jacuzzi is lovely, with great views of the mountains and city. Free parking too, very affordable. Will come back again. There are few nice bars and cafes on the street near by Cafe Quindio, La Fogata, La Estación Del Crepe and an excellent mall, 15 min walk Portal del Quindio, lovely park too, Parque de Vida, small entrance fee. Airport 30 min away, public yellow cabs/taxis are reliable and affordable.

Had a wonderful experience over the course of my week long stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to check in early and extend my stay without issue. The suite was well organized without wasted space, beautifully designed and very comfortable. My only criticism is the double bed, for a corner suite with such a breathtaking view of the mountains I couldn’t get over the fact that my feet had to hang off the bed. A queen bed could have fit the space even if it were a little more cramped. Other reviews complained of street noise and the upstairs bar but with the blinds drawn it really cuts out the noise. They also have a nespresso machine in the room to brew up delicious local coffee along with other drinks and snack options in the mini fridge. Amenities were also a highlight here, the gym and sauna room were wonderfully clean and equip. The concierge also provides transportation with reliable individuals and money exchanging services (at a higher rate than you would at a western union in town) but provides you with the convenience and security of not having to transport any large quantities of cash with you. The floors are sectioned off with key card access to each floor via the elevator and posted security in the main lobby at all times. The rooftop bar was an oasis after a long day out in town. The downstairs coffee lounge was light and airy with hanging plants and a decent breakfast selection from the American breakfast of eggs, bacon or cheese, croissant and toast or arepa or choclo waffle, fruit plate, fruit juices and hot coffee or chocolate or a yogurt and granola option. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms but it was spotty on the balcony (probably from the thick concrete construction) but I had an amazing time and can not wait to return.

The hotel is very good, located in a quiet area, close to 2 of the best shopping centres of the place. We hosted 4 nights. Good breakfast service, very elaborate, delicious and complete. 100% natural orange juice. The hotel restaurant has a variety of menus and very rich. The staff that serves very good. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable to rest. The bathroom with good hot water pressure. Customer attention, in what is booking is in the mean range. However, people at reception are super friendly and collaborative. The Internet is very good. I would recommend it. And we would like to return. The best option when visiting Armenia.
