Great place to stay. I will return for sure. Very close to the city center, Praia dos pescadores, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend without any doubts.

Spacious apar**ent, in a very pleasant place with easy access to Albufeira (by car or transport).
The indoor pool is a bonus at this time of year.
The internet signal is weak and unstable in the apar**ents.

We went for the heated pool but the water temperature was 23 degrees. That is, cold. We told the maintenance man who was doing the measurements twice and he didn't pay any attention to us. In that aspect very bad. Very spacious apar**ent. Relatively close to the center

Fantastic ten stars super attentive staff I was with 3 children and they managed to provide an excellent location for the apar**ent. I strongly recommend. To be repeated next year without a doubt. Congratulations are all.

Arrived at 1am with my 6 friends for a relaxing 50th birthday celebration 🎉 VERY DISAPPOINTED to be greeted with a demanding 100 euro cash deposit required for each person refundable at end of holiday. We were only there for 4 days and this took a big chunk of our spending money. There was no flexibility to let us into room to sleep after our flights to discuss with manager in the morning. We contacted easy yet who in the first instance told us not to pay. However after another 3 phone calls they changed and said they could not do anything... Exhausted as it was now 3am we had to draw out cash from ATM. From that moment on staff we're not helpful at all and quite rude. We made the most of our holiday and really enjoyed by venturing out every day from the complex due the experience we met on arrival. which is a shame because it could be a lovely place to stay if the managing of the complex changed.

7 ladies over a certain age celebrating a big birthday two seperate rooms. . On arrival in the middle of the night they demanded 100 euros each in cash before letting us check in. Initially advised by Easyjet not to pay it as they deemed it excessive. A lot of back and forth between all three parties before finally having to pay it over two hours later.After handing over the cash as no cards were accepted.we were then forced to sign a contract that contained a list of rules and if we broke them we would lose our deposit. Check out was no better. The receptionist did not even acknowledge us but radioed the cleaners to check our rooms before giving us our deposits back. Patronising. Never felt so vulnerable and degraded.. Every staff member was rude. Felt like everything was too much trouble. Never again. They all need a customer service course.

Apartments very dated but clean Staff not very helpful or approachable 100 euros refundable deposit per person Which we didn’t know about before booking Very quiet apartments with lots of rules of things you can and can’t do !!! 20 mins walk to old town 30 mins walk to marina Shame about the experience we had as I feel these apartments could be so nice with the right management , we were 50+ year old ladies celebrating 2 birthdays We feel that this hotel only seems to like couples or families rather than groups !!

I was very nicely surprised how great the hotel was , friendly and helpful receptionist and we go free upgrade too . Amazing holiday with 12 of our friends and non of us had any issues , actually we r coming back in October again. Cheap taxi to town €4, Th town just love English ppl so it was all great. I would definitely recommended *****

Was gifted this as part of a wowcher, wouldn’t have been my choice at all so was hesitant before arriving. We were given a ground floor apartment, if you want a lie in you’re not going to get one, every morning we were woken up by cleaners upstairs moving wooden furniture or hard tile floors for an hour!! Location is not good, there is nothing near by so you have to do the 25min walk into old town for a bite to eat. I personally would not stay here again, perhaps if you wanted something cheap and cheerful and quiet would be ok.

Stayed here as a family feb 2024. The location is a little far away from the town, but we had a car so it didn’t bother us. also Uber taxis were between 4-6 euros each way. The apartments themselves are basic, but include everything you could need. Some of the furniture could do with updating though. The room we were in had new air con units and they were very good. All in all the apartment was very clean and we mentioned to reception that the bed was very hard, to which they said ok and replaced the mattress. All of the reception staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The one lady was so kind to our daughter, Which was lovely as some of the other reviews said such awful comments about them. We were not asked for a deposit when checking in , however the safe is a 20 euro deposit which is returned when returning the key. The 2 outdoor pools were clean but we didn’t use as they were cold. The indoor pool was heated but not boiling but it was ok when you were in there. Jacuzzi temperature was just right All in all it was fine for our needs but the location may be to far out for some.

Reception staff looked like they hated being alive. The rooms were stuck in the 1970’s and not very clean. The location is a 25 minute walk up a very steep hill from the old town. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to. There’s a local cafe round the corner that is cheap and that’s about as good as it gets. The owner looked like he hated being alive too.

We visited beginning of Dec for a 5 night stay. Check in was quick and easy, lady on reception told us everything we needed to know about the facilities and where they were. We did not have to pay any kind of deposit upon check in as mentioned in a previous review. We stayed in apartment 220, and were very surprised with the size of the apartment and very happy with the kitchen facilities. Our view was of the pool area, which we didn’t use with it being Dec and a bit cooler. But they looked great, clean and plenty of sunbeds etc. The apartment was very clean, two very small cons, the beds were single beds pushed together, i don’t like this in any hotel when it’s a couple booking. And the shower would only run hot for a certain amount of time, which was a little annoying for someone who likes a nice long hot shower. As it was out of season there was a lot of maintenance work being carried out around the grounds, pool maintenance and painting the exterior of the apartments so I imagine the place will be looking nice and fresh for Summer 😀 The location is in more of a residential area, a short uber ride to the *****, old town or marina. WiFi worked well. For the price we paid we were more than happy with our stay at Patel Village and we would return.

This is a beautiful, well kept, quiet place high up from the old town, a short 10 min. Walk from the main town and marina. Rooms are spacious clean with regular cleaning and new towels. Staff are friendly and always on hand. 2 pools 1 shallow for younger children, nice size. Ideal for a quiet getaway, or a more lively experience in the town.

Very spacious apartment, a little outdated but was spotlessly clean, everything you need in the apartment (microwave, hairdryer, iron etc) was also given a travel cot for our little one. Lovely view of the pool from our balcony. All staff were also very friendly. Outdoor and indoor pools clean, even had a jacuzzi inside which was nice. Quite a few ants near the kids pool so we had to keep changing sun loungers to get away from them which was annoying. Pool bar reasonably priced and decent food. Shop onsite that sold basic things but there is also a little supermarket just down the hill. Also a couple of places to eat just down the hill (2 min walk) if you don’t want to go far for food. About 15 minute walk in to the Old Town - all down hill so we walked most nights but got a taxi back for around 3/4 euros. We had a little one in a pushchair and walked back once and didn’t do it again as it is all up hill and about killed us haha! The only issue I had was the beds, they are so uncomfortable!!!! Myself and my partner didn’t have a good nights sleep the 7 nights we stayed. Was very stiff every morning and gave me a bad back which isn’t what you want when your on holiday to relax - definitely nothing relaxing about the beds. Even the pillows are hard and lumpy which made it worse - because of this we unfortunately wouldn’t return which is a shame.
