Hotel Lido

I was in this hotel on a full board holiday with my family in August this year. The hotel is easily accessible by car via the motorway and, upon reservation and payment separately, has a dedicated car park a short distance from the structure. It is located a short distance from the sea which can be reached by passing through a small pine forest on foot in a few minutes. The beach has a small children's area with a few games and is always very sunny. The seafront is equipped with a cycle path and the hotel has bicycles for rent available to customers. The hotel has a very clean swimming pool which unfortunately has very little space for sun loungers and very cold water also because in the afternoon, during opening hours, it is always in the shade. The rooms are comfortable with basic furnishings and quite clean. Inside the structure there is a bar which is almost always open, quite clean and with very friendly staff. At breakfast time there is a lot of staff present, at other times there is almost always only one person present at the bar so it is not always possible for them to do table service. The stay includes entertainment and a miniclub for children. This was the strong point of the stay: Alessia, Daniele and Chiara are simply fantastic! The structure has 2 rooms for meal service. The rooms are quite clean and the staff very kind. The management of the room is discreet, on the days when new guests are welcomed, unfortunately new staff have also been introduced so there have been some small mix-ups but overall they are all good. Luca and Barbara are the best. Now we come to the most painful point... the food... The food, however, was the real flaw for us: overcooked pasta, or too salty or without salt, brothy risottos, disappointing dishes. Fruit and side dishes are only buffet style, plentiful but with very little variety. We were surprised not to find any fried food in the buffet. The children's menu is repetitive, especially for the second courses (cutlets, baby spinach, fish fingers). With the desserts you can see that they try to experiment but... the result has not always been pleasing. Lastly, even the Abruzzo dinner did not satisfy us

Ottimo Hotell! Struttura nuova, personale gentilissimo e cortese. Molto raccomandata!! Posizione eccellente a 50 my dal mare. Si mangia molto bene con una attenzione ai clienti davvero eccellente. C’è anche la piscina ed uno spazio all’aperto per cocktail e aperitivo.

Servizio e pulizia eccellente. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, finemente arredata. Disponibilità e massima cortesia del Responsabile dell'hotel e del suo staff che riescono a creare una a**osfera da fiaba. Colazione ricca e abbondante, cucina di qualità eccellente dalla carne al pesce.... COMPLIMENTI!!! Mr Tacconi Ostia Mare Calcio

Hotel ottimo siamo clienti affezionati e ci andiamo ogni anno. Ci soddisfano per qualsiasi cosa. Camere pulite personale ben formato gentile e cordiale. Ottimo cibo e ottimi servizi come la spa e anche la spiaggia. Bravissimo a tutto il personale !! Ci fanno sentire come se fossimo a casa. Persone stupende grazie mille di tutto ! Al prossimo anno

Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura ad Aprile 2024, con il team di calcio di mio figlio (Ostiamare 2012). Con noi vi erano altre compagini e l'albergo era quasi pieno. Nonostante questo il personale è stato eccezionale, superando brillantemente l'euforia dei ragazzi, le varie necessità delle famiglie e degli accompagnatori, gli intoppi che naturalmente accadono. Devo fare i complimenti alla proprietà per aver ingaggiato personale così qualificato, preparato, paziente e attento. Dalla concierge, al personale ed il maître di sala, gli chef ed il pasticciere, le governanti al piano e tutti coloro che hanno contribuito a farci stare nel migliore dei modi. Mi ha colpito favorevolmente la qualità delle pietanze, nonostante la numerosità di ospiti, il cibo è risultato sempre di alto livello e abbondante. La pulizia impeccabile. Consiglio questa struttura a spada tratta, tanto che ho nei miei piani di ritornare con la mia famiglia per un soggiorno estivo.

Bellissima struttura cibo eccellente e abbondante dalla colazione con buffet ricco ai dolci freschi e genuini...personale disponibile e cortese...consigliatissimo! Albergo fronte mare con spiaggia privata posizione eccellente!

Siamo stati all'hotel lido ad aprile per un torneo di pallone, struttura accogliente, pulita ben organizzata, proprio di fronte al mare, buona la cucina ,colazione abbondante ricca di varietà un grazie in particolare ad Eduard il responsabile della sala, che ha sempre accolto ogni nostra richiesta con gentilezza e professionalità. Un saluto dalla Totti soccer school
