This was an amazing experience. Dr mobi was very intelligent and caring. The staff, specifically Vijin, Vishnu, and Ajay were incredible. Mr. Anoop was a great yoga and meditation instructor, with plenty of jokes to keep us engaged at 7am. The kitchen staff was great and accommodate my son’s peanut and tree nut allergy extremely well.

I spent a week at Carnoustie Wellness resort in Kerala for Rejuvanate Program and it exceeded my expectations. From the pick up at the airport i arrived at the hotel where the team was there to welcome us. Check in was a breeze i was escorted to my room/villa. The room was beautifully appointed clean spacious a big comfortable bed and the bathroom stunning with the white marble bath. The Wellness team was dedicated and always smiling all my treatments were spot on. The therapists excellent. After each treatments I felt rejuvenated relaxed. Deep feeling of wellbeing. Ayurvedique treatments at Carnoustie are all about body mind and soul…yoga and meditations were great. Special mention for the restaurant the food healthy tasty food was elaborated under the doctor’s recommendation. Joseph and his team from the restaurant made our meals a feast. I never felt so happy to have diet food😊. I had a great stay at this hotel their treatments are very good. Thank you to all the teams . Body mind and soul realignment 😌. I definitely recommend and will go back for a longer stay next time

Had a wonderful time at Carnousti in February, we were there for a week for a relaxed wellness visit. If you are looking for a luxurious ,relaxing and rejuvenating experience Carnousti does not disappoint. The property is well maintained and leads to the beach. Every member makes sure your time spent there is enjoyable and relaxing. Just to mention a few who went above and beyond in making sure we had a wonderful experience were Joseph food and beverage ***ager, Anup yoga & pranayam teacher,Dr Moby and the front desk ***ager who stayed up till we arrived at 1:00am as our flight was delayed a big thank you for making our visit so memorable. 🙏🏻

Carnoustie Overall I had a very nice stay for my panchakarma treatment. I was extremely pleased by my ayurvedic doctor who was Dr Moby. She is full of knowledge, wisdom, experience and was always taking care of me Dr.Moly for the Pranahealing is also amazing and helpful. I was also very well treated by the two Marmahealing doctors. The morning and afternoon yoga with Anoop was very good and pleasant, still continuing it… The restaurant with the kitchenchef Ashok and the restaurant chef Josef are omnipresent, very friendly, helpful and always taking care and asked me for extrawishes. All the other people in the restaurant where friendly and smiling. Now, I am missing the eggplant masala and Fish curry so much, but fortunately I got the recipes. Missing as well the smiles of the nice garden people…. Dislikes: The maintenance of the resort could have been better and some renovations should be done. The cleanliness of the bedding and the bathroom could be improved. I would prefer that the Ayurvedic Idea will be alive all over, for example ayurvedic soap and Shampoo, ayurvedic hot water to drink served in the Spa. I was missing a little bit an „Ayurvedic soul“ in the entire resort,

This was my first experience at a wellness and Ayurveda resort and I must say I’m addicted. I have a stressful job that has impacted my sleep, lifestyle and even my relationships. After spending only 6 day, I was able to slow down, focus on my wellness and what is really important without compromising other aspects of life. I also became an avid yoga practitioner while before now I was never really committed. Special thank you to the amazing, warm and caring Dr. Mobi and her amazing team for the Ayurvedic treatment and arranging the yoga and pranayama sessions. Also a big thank you to the wonderful restaurant staff including but not limited to Joseph, Rubin and the rest of the group who went above and beyond to make our time there extra special. Additionally, Jay at reception was always thoughtful and anticipating our needs and ensuring top service at all times. Thank you all for making this short period such a memorable one 🙏😊

My wife and I came to Carnoustie mentally and physically heavy and left lighter than ever before after 10 days and thus, we experienced the lightness of being after a long time. We came here for their detox and weight loss program. While this is a beautiful resort, you would not come here to have fun but instead, if you are committed to your health and wellbeing. One must come here with the correct mindset to enjoy the food, the treatments and the environment. What stands apart here is the commitments and care of the staff that thrive for your well being and satisfaction: a word of gratitude to Dr. Moby, the massage therapists (both Vishnu) and Anu. Yoga with Anup was a treat also. Also thank you to the food team: the ***ager Joseph and his team for making sure we enjoyed our diets and going out of their way to meet our needs. We will be back again next year. Tip to ***agement: 1. Would recommend using organic and Ayurvedic shampoos and soaps in the rooms. 2. You have such amazing nature Around you. You can add value to your resort by hiring a horticulturalist who can ***age your grounds so they look ***icured and more beautiful ❤️

Conclusion of a great and fruitful two weeks at Carnoustie. Amazing kick start to my another year on earth. Thank you Dr Moby for your care and program. Dr Athul’s Marma Therapy was life altering for me. Food prepared by Chef Ashok Pillai was just out of this world. Showed me how healthy eating can be yummy eating too. Served well by Joseph and his team. Anup’s yoga and humour together was just ideal. We all not only learned to bend and stretch like would never have dared too before, but doing it with a hearty laugh now and then was perfect. The spa team was brilliant as was the entire team at the resort. Special thanks to Jenish, and Raymond.

Second visit to Carnoustie and it didn’t disappoint. Service was amazing as well as the treatments. Anoop did a brilliant morning and evening yoga class which is worth attending. I always feel so refreshed and relaxed after visiting and can’t wait to return again next year

We loved everything about Carnoustie. We enjoyed the whole Ayurvedic concept behind it, the food provided, the treatments, and the yoga and meditation. My wife is into this kind of experience but I’m more traditional as you might say but the experience at Carnoustie was so all consuming that I’m now on the same page as her. We wanted to stay longer and for sure we will return from the UK at about the same time next year. The atmosphere is so relaxed and everyone who works is so friendly and helpful, but to make a few specific comments I would add: Joseph Thomas and his team in the restaurant were just superb: they gave us personalised service ***** with superb food, and they listened to our requests and it seemed they would do anything to help make our stay enjoyable. 10 out of 10 for Joseph, Rubin et al. There are ***y more people to thank for making our stay wonderful but for the sake of brevity I will single out one more person who is Anoop, the yoga instructor, who took me from being a sceptic to being a keen yoga enthusiast in just a few days. Anoop has a lovely friendly, person-centred, and humorous teaching style but I tell you now he will definitely stretch you without you even hardly noticing.
