For the start of our vacation in Kerala we spent 4 nights at the Elite hotel in the centre of Thiruvalla and it provided the perfect location for access to the shops/amenities and a base to explore the area. The hotel itself had all the services required - a well appointed suite with a great view, attentive staff, breakfast included, Wi-Fi worked well, room service was prompt and the in house restaurant we used twice had a good range of dishes with helpful staff. We held a birthday party for 40 at the venue which was well organised and catered for with guests attending appreciative of the food & drinks served. Overall, the hotel, its location and the services it provided covered everything we needed for our stay - a great 1st taste of Kerala!

Stayed in the suites and it was spacious, with a room and bathroom, for each guest that was cleaned and well stocked. The outside windows were dusty and did not allow a view of the outside.

We had booked 2 rooms and they did not have one room ready until almost 4 hrs past the check in time. Rest was OK.

We dines in last week here as a family get together . 22 of us dined in here spent 11k on food and ended up feeling disappointed and embarrassed. service team was attentive but dishes from the menu were missing . Advice : please do not order any northIndian dishes off the menu as they are frozen . kebabs etc. we ended up sending back most of the starters as they were inedible ( no exaggeration) . mains : fish curry , beef and naadan chicken curry all average . Im a foodie and I can vouch that you will find better food for less than half the price with a decent service ( not ambience ) in a near by thattu kada . My advice to diner please look for a small time restaurant that are focused on good food and not rooms . we then gave a feed back to the ***ager who evetually gave us a mere 10% on the bill ( what a joke) . I felt very embarrassed gathering my family members to dine here and NEVER AGAIN....... this is a true and honest feedback and I would never complain unless its really bad. the Area is full of small time very good restaurants if your looking for good food experience ( I only found out later :))

I am a regular visitor to this place especially the coffee house and the restaurant. The food is good ....service is okay ( the waiters are not quite polite enough for a hotel of such stature... We should not expect that from Thiruvallites). The main problem is parking there is very few parking for the hotel and one or two is always reserved for someone...god only knows who... As we approach to the security *** will shoo you of to a place behind the hotel or to a church compound besides and you will have park an walk all the way . Why don't you arrange a valet parking system...when u charge 150 for a coffee Such luxuries should be provided...I don't mind walking even a kilometre if it's to the elite restaurant in front of the hotel where the charge for a coffee is only 15. Please upgrade your services to match your price structure... I really appreciate your quality of food, menu, cleanliness... but customer convience is not looked into

I went to this hotel on September 1st week with my wife for breakfast Buffet. We open 1st pan Eddali was sticky, next pan Sa***thi was very cold, Sampar only little bit in the pan. Next is Chaya only little in the bottom of the flask. We tried to eat not good at all, Chaya was Cold. Then I want to eat something, I asked to a guy Can I have egg bullsay , it’s came same as raw egg placed on the plate. Hopeless people they are standing back corner discussing something else, very bad customer service. We left all food on the table these hopeless people saw that still they charged around 450 rupees, no apology as usual because they know they are suck.

We were in Tiruvalla visiting family from Canada. The KGA elite is a very great place in the middle of Tiruvalla. It is a western style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. There is plenty of rickshaws available because the hotel is next door to the bus station. The food is excellent at breakfast, in the cafe and at the restaurant. We will be staying here when we come back.

The check in process was horrible. Without any assistance we were given the card keys for the 4th floor room. It was wide open and pitch dark. There were a few people drinking in the adjacent room . Unable to use the room we went back and got ourselves another room on another floor. Dead tired , we ignored the empty beer and liquor bottles in the passage. KGN Elite should either stop letting out their rooms to influential tipplers or have effective arrangements to keep it subdued and employ people to clean up promptly. We check in late no doubt but ***aging the infrastructure without adequate ***power is unacceptable. This was and is my favorite hotel and hence looking forward to improvements. Please take the feedback proactively
