Brand new hotel, big modern suite with king bed and separate room with pull out sofa, two bathrooms, two coffee makers, two televisions. Ideal for families. Easy shuttle at 4am to airport. Connected to the mall.

We stay often in San Jose, but I’ve never stayed at the Hilton garden Hotel. It is so perfect for trips coming in and out of the airport. Great service. Great restaurant. And a top it off. It’s right next to the city mall that you can walk to in moments. It’ll probably be my regular hotel when I’m in San Jose Costa Rica.

Adjoining the mall if you need it. Super close to the airport for early morning flights. Jessica at the pool bar was lovely. Would stay here again.

Nice and clean room, staff is friendly. Surrounding area is awesome with a quite big mall, which we went for souvenir shopping. However, we had a small incident caused by the bad design of the bathroom sliding door which slides too much and caught the hand of my son. He had skin scaped on two of his fingers. Looks like it is a design problem instead of just for our room. I hope the hotel can resolve this problem otherwise others might had this issue as well.

Hotel is new and beautiful! Conveniently located next to City Mall. The free airport shuttle is also a nice perk. Would be nice to have a microwave n the room.

We stayed here the last night of our Costa Rica getaway and couldn’t be happier our decision. The food was delicious, the hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff were wonderful. We’re very particular about cleanliness, and we give this a 10/10.
There is a free airport shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes making for a low-stress end to our CR vacation.
