All the staff were so well polished. Ankush in Sensasia, Mercy, Ahmed & Ali from Avitane, Hari from Concierge.....everyone was so friendly and helpful and polite. Thank you for making my stay so great. The animation teams, the reception staff, everyone at the bars; the team works so well together to deliver a first class experience.

I recently spent an unforgettable vacation at the Miramar Al Aqah Hotel, and I want to share my impressions. The accommodation, food and grounds were excellent. First of all, I want to mention the amazing service we received from the entire team. I would like to express my special gratitude to the receptionist Ahmed. His professionalism and kindness made our check-in process as comfortable and fast as possible. Khaila's manager also made a very positive impression on us. She was always in touch and ready to help with any questions, which added confidence and trust to the staff. I can't help but mention the maid MD Adeel, whose work was impeccable. The room was always in perfect condition, and his friendliness lifted the mood every day thanks to his figures. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a high level of service and a comfortable stay. Thanks to the Miramar Al Aqah team for the wonderful memories!

Excellent hotel for family vacation. Comfortable rooms, good breakfasts and dinners. Diverse cuisine every day. Good professional staff at the hotel. Thanks for the service to Mr. Momen from the restaurant. Thanks to the animators, especially Lee from Cuba for games and entertainment, sports and darts. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Miramar from the 22nd December to the 30th December. The hotel made a huge effort to make the whole hotel feel incredibly special with their decorations and Christmas events! A special mention goes to the food and Beverage team Dambar, Ashmita, Chandan and Momen. Which was headed by Ivantha. The food at all restaurants and the buffet was fantastic! We went for the Ulta all inclusive which I would highly recommend, not everything is included but with this package you get 50% off food and drink that is not included. The pool has a great view of the mountains with very comfortable sunbeds. The beach is a stone throw away with a great beach restaurant attached. We will definitely be returning, thank you to all the staff for making a wonderful and relaxing holiday for us.

The Miramar continues to give guests an excellent place to relax and enjoy being ‘pampered’. The hotel, rooms, pool and grounds are immaculate and constantly being cleaned, checked and if required, repaired. There is a wide choice of food and the speciality restaurants offer nice surroundings and attentive service. There are plenty of places to sit and relax in the evening, although the performance area can become crowded, especially if you are in a larger group. The Christmas Eve and New Years Eve food was delicious and the staff provided excellent service. All the staff are to be complimented but in particular Boris and Ivan who we affectionately call ‘Batman and Robin’ as they were constantly checking and visiting all areas to ensure guests have the best experience.

Eaten twice at Senasia restaurant at Miramar since arriving. Saif and Ashmitas service and attention extremely professional Will be returning to sample more of their food and generous hospitality Lovely surroundings in a refurbished restaurant
